La ubicación, el pueblo es precioso y tranquilo. Es fácil aparcar en la zona. La terraza es amplia y con una mesa en la que se puede disfrutar de la cena o la comida.

La casa olía a cerrado, los armarios por dentro y la casa en general, después de 3 días con los armarios abiertos e intentando ventilar fue perdiendo el olor, pero inicialmente fue bastante desagradable. Una de las camas tenía un colchón que cada vez que alguien se movía podía despertar al resto de la casa, horrible dormir ahí si compartes cama con alguien que se mueve o tú mismo te mueves. Creo que ese colchón necesita una renovación urgente. La lámpara de esa misma habitación no funcionaba y había que entrar a oscuras hasta la mesita para encender y ver algo. La ducha no estaba bien sellada y cada vez que alguien se duchaba había que pasar la fregona por el baño.

The flat was spacious and quiet. It had all necessary stuff. Not far from sea as well. Enough parking 5 minutes from the property. Lastly, there is a roof entrance, not much to do there though.

The neighbor's dog was quite aggressive. The door in the toilet is without a lock. There is no parking right next to the accommodation.

Good value for money, spacious and enjoyed the terrace. Punts Mujeres is a small town with only a couple of bars and restaurants and corner shops rather than a supermarket. It is a nice quiet place if that’s what you’re looking for.

Bit dusty in some corners although main areas were clean. Rubbish from previous residents was still in the (full) bin. Hot water wasn’t working when we arrived but the boiler was repaired promptly when we notified them.

Very good location, comfortable house, good space in rooms, all kitchen tools, cutlery and crockery, easy check-in/out.

The mattress, the shower (meaning the power of the shower as the doors don't close properly), the location, the lady that via WhatsApp welcomed us (keys are collected through an automatic system located outside the house so you don't meet anybody in person).

Bad hygiene. Very unpleasant, upon arrival, to find in the oven two hamburgers covered in mould. Spiderwebs behind doors and between furnitures including fridge and walls, dirty fridge, nobody hoovered under the beds since a long time, NO cleaning products available at all (although they're mentioned as included in the package)-we run to buy some. A strong smell of cannabis in the kitchen - this is not a "fault" of the property, but if the placed was cleaned properly, it would have not been as bad. The beds have those decorated quilts that have no cover, meaning you're using the same quilt the previous visitors used... (no, they don't get washed every time) No prior communication regarding the disposition of the house and lack of ventilation - the house is all on the ground floor; then there is a so-called solarium upstairs, which is an empty terrace with no view of anything but walls around, that you can reach by walking up the stairs located in a room at the back of the house, next to one of the bedrooms. The door downstairs that takes you to the stairs room, as well as the window at the top of the stairs and facing the solarium, must be left open at all times, if you want to breathe, since the only other window in the house is at the front, next to the entrance door. There are no other windows, not in the bedrooms nor in the bathroom; hence, if you close the one upstairs, you have no ventilation at all (and for safety you would probably want to close it at night or when you are out, especially since one of the bedroom has a "window-hole" without frame facing the stairs room, therefore cannot be shut. We discovered it only later on, since it's been smartly covered with a flat curtain that makes you think there is a proper window behind. Instead, anybody could just jump in from the window upstairs and step into your room without any effort!
