Birthday trip for my 11 year old daughter was a hit! Host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Space is perfect for flying travelers, close to the airport and with private beach club access a short drive away. Close to Southport and Oak Island shopping and dining!

This was a great find in the Saint James Community! Kimberly was very helpful and made it a very easy process! It is a beautiful lower-level unit which made it very easy to load and unload. Great place to enjoy with your family! More visits to come! We Highly recommend!

We had the best time enjoyed being together enjoy being at Oak Island Definitely want to return next year we love the area. We have stated there at Saint James before times and every time it’s wonderful beautiful place. Everyone is super helpful and nice. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

Saint James Plantation Villa was the perfect spot for a relaxing few days. We were within easy driving distance to the beach in Oak Island and shopping and dining in Southport.
The view from the condo is overlooking the golf course, and we were close to the Villa pool.
The owner has taken great care to ensure that there is everything needed in the condo, and has tastefully decorated the space.

Visiting my parents with my three boys and this place was fantastic. Clean, all amenities you could need and lots of information provided for reference.

Went to the St James to visit a resident with a golf friend. The place was very convenient and nice. The only thing we didn’t understand was the cleaning fee. We had to strip the beds, start the laundry with the towels, take out the trash. So why was there an extra cleaning charge? Granted, we were hardly there except to sleep, but really? Why the cleaning fee on top of the rental? That should more than cover the cleaning

We came to North Carolina to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday. We had a variety of ages in the group and this place accommodated our needs. The place was clean and the beds were great. Parking was great and the best part was the beach club next to the ocean. When we got tired of being in the sand, we could just walk a short distance and be in the pool where there was a clean changing room and showers. Shops and restaurants were close by. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend staying here.

The condo was wonderful and very clean. The owner was responsive and inviting. My only issues were beyond her control. The small pool area and gated entrance were annoying but hard to fuss about since everyone was so nice. Strongly recommend.

My family and I (husband, 2 kids ages 7 & 9) had a great stay at this property. Kimberly is wonderful at communication and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The condo was very spacious, clean & welcoming. There is a pool in very close walking distance to the condo and the beach is a 10 minute drive away. There are many walking paths and areas to be outside in the neighborhood. The check in and out process were very easy. I recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful condo. This is the perfect place for us to stay when we visit my in laws. It is 20 minutes to Southport and fun shopping and dining. The condo is spacious and so quiet! Totally recommend. We will definitely stay here again.
