Our Family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers stayed in the villa for 11 days. And it was wonderfull! The owners and their daugther were there to welcome us when we arrived, and they offered something to drink and some fresh fruits. After showing us the house, they left their phonenumbers and pointed out the house (100 metes away) where they lived. The were vey kind. The house is two and a half floored. (The basement belongs to the Family and is not included) On the first floor you find a big spacious kitchen with all the equipment you need. There is also a living room, a toilet (with a washing machine and ad tumbledryer) and a playroom with a football table. Upstairs you find 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and one with two single beds) and a bathroom. A few steps you find two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. The one bedroom has acces to a balcony. There are several outdoor areas. The balcony at the masterbedroom. A balcony with acces from the kitchen and the living room - with a table and chairs. Furnitures at the entrance. The table and benches next to grill (which we used several times) and tables and benches under the balcony close to the pool. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed it very much as well as the sunbeds. The view is breathtaking. Both on a sunny day but also that one nigth with thunder and lightning and the next day with fog and rain. The village Pagubice is very small, app. 40 inhabitants, and the closest village Cerovlje is 4 km away. Here you find one restaurant, a bar and a small local supermarket. We enjoyed our stay vey much, and had days were we stayed in the house, and also days where we were driving round Istria exploring. The coasts (East/West) is about a 40 min drive away. A really good Holiday in a lovely villa, with the kindest hosts. One day our car had a flat tyre, and the owner and his son helped us. They even went with us to the garage in Pazin, and helped with the communication. Excellent service :)

Dogs. A lot a of barking from the dogs in the village. At some point there was a dog in a dog house on the backside of our house just under one of the bedrooms, and it was barking day and nigth. After a couple of days we contacted the owners and they moved the dog rigth away. There are very few restaurants in the area. A good one in Cerovlje (4 kilometers away) and a good one in Beram. And we found a restaurant i Pazin we only visited once. (Both about 20-25 minuttes drive away)

The swimming pool, the magnificent views. The aircondition, the home made wine. The grapes and tomatoes free to pick. It was great!

The chairs on the balcony could be a little more convenient.
