you can't sit on the bon fire chairs because of tree sap, but other than that a great house to rent.

We stay at this property early June with 2 children 4 and under. Even though the weather did not cooperate we still had a wonderful time. Being right on the lake was great for the children and being able to fish off the dock. The house it self was very clean and perfect with everything we needed to keep everyone entertained. The owners are very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

Great Lake views. The yard had great outdoor space and a really good shoreline for for swimming and fishing There was also plenty of games on the property to keep everyone entertained. Will book again

This was our second time staying on the property and it was a great fit for our group again. A lot of beds and a nice quiet spot on the beach with a nice fire pit. Fit our needs perfectly.

It was perfect. Beautiful lake, lovely house, amazing beach area and dock to hang out with the family. Hosts were super accommodating and easy to contact.

This lake house was a great weekend away in New Hampshire on beautiful Lake Winnisquam. The house was better than the photos - recently remodeled and very clean. The overall layout was perfect for our 2 families (4 adults, 3 teens). The lower level basement, bunk room, and bathroom were a great place for the teens to hangout (Xbox included!). The main floor kitchen was well equipped and the couches were comfortable. The lake access was perfect for my friends boat and it was nice to have a canoe and 2 kayaks available for use. While our trip was in the fall, I am looking forward to coming back in the summer. It was a great stay!

This was a retreat for my business of 8 women. The bedrooms, beds, bathrooms and outdoor areas were perfect! Not to mention the sunsets over an outside fire. We will be back next year.

We had a fantastic week on the lake! The property was clean and the beach was wonderful for the kiddos (and us). We hope to be back again soon. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Positive experience. Rate is a bit high. Stairs very steep for those with mobility issues. Otherwise we'll worth it.

Everything about the cabin and location were wonderful.
I wish the lake had more fish. I didn’t catch one. Hahaha. Overall a great experience and would book this place in the future if I had a need to. Thank you Tonya for everything!

Great house, very communicative owner
House was perfect for a handful of friends to hang out by the lake. Grilled out, made dinner in the kitchen. All the utensils and necessities were there. House was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful house, the property is amazing. The most well stocked house we have stayed at. Kids loved playing in the sand and the dock was the perfect place to fish. Would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The water was warm, we kayaked everyday, the house was clean and updated. The kitchen had everything we needed! The downstairs bunk room was a bit humid at night, even though a dehumidifier was running, it let off heat, making it quite warm. I wish the loft bedroom had 2 queen beds, allowing 2 couples to stay up there. The house could definitely use AC because, let’s face it, there have been several heat waves and it’s a little uncomfortable in the evening as the house retains the heat. It does cool down eventually. We just slept with a sheet. Overall it’s an excellent location and made for a very memorable family vacation!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The water was warm, we kayaked everyday, the house was clean and updated. The kitchen had everything we needed! The downstairs bunk room was a bit humid at night, even though a dehumidifier was running, it let off heat, making it quite warm. I wish the loft bedroom had 2 queen beds, allowing 2 couples to stay up there. The house could definitely use AC because, let’s face it, there have been several heat waves and it’s a little uncomfortable in the evening as the house retains the heat. It does cool down eventually. We just slept with a sheet. Overall it’s an excellent location and made for a very memorable family vacation!

The driveway was huge (we fit 4 cars and a trailer without blocking each other in) and the outdoor living space was fantastic! The beach is perfect for kids and adults and the dock worked great for our boat and jumping off of. The owner was extremely easy to work with and was always accessible. Highly recommend this house!

We loved staying at this lake house! Everything was clean and tidy. Perfect location and Tanya was lovely to correspond with. We happened to stay during a heatwave, so air conditioning would have been nice a nice backup. But, we knew it wasn’t included before we booked. It would be nice to book during the winter for a ski trip weekend!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We did day trips to the mountains, Maine, and around the lakes. Everything was easy to get to(we’re from Texas so anything under two hours is a breeze for us).
Our kids loved swimming in the lake, playing on the canoes, sleeping with the windows open, making a campfire, and overall enjoying everything the house had to provide. The lake was quiet, clean and a brisk temperature for June but not unbearable.
*When booking, I was not aware that there wasn't any air conditioning. I realize this is common up north but as Texans, we just weren’t prepared. I would say, that was our only thing we were a disappointed about but after the second day, it cooled off and we were fine the rest of the trip.

We loved staying at this lake house! Everything was clean and tidy. Perfect location and Tanya was lovely to correspond with. We happened to stay during a heatwave, so air conditioning would have been nice a nice backup. But, we knew it wasn’t included before we booked. It would be nice to book during the winter for a ski trip weekend!

Lake getaway
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We did day trips to the mountains, Maine, and around the lakes. Everything was easy to get to(we’re from Texas so anything under two hours is a breeze for us).

I can’t express enough how amazing this house truly is. It was exactly what we were looking for, and pictures just don’t do justice. If you’re looking to be foot steps away from the beautiful lake look no further! The house was extremely clean and a lot bigger than imagined. Tonya was amazing to work with, she was sooo responsive and quick to answer all my silly questions I had ahead of our stay. I would definitely recommend this house and can’t wait to stay / visit again!! Can’t thank you enough Tonya!!!
