Nice, spacious, well furnished location with a good view over Saranda's bay which offers good value for money. It has a nice garden at ground floor, which made having breakfast on the balcony particularly pleasant. It's a quiet neighbourhood so there is no noise at night and you can get a good night's sleep. Parking outside is not difficult as it's a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Communication with the owner was easy and gave us tips and indications to reach the villa (super easy with Google Maps).

The apartment is really quite far from the busy city center, as the map shows: if you're not a really strong walker you'll need to use the car (on the other hand, getting out of the city to reach beaches and other locations is easy and fast). We never walked to the center and always moved the car (but the traffic in Saranda is quite heavy, and parking is a nightmare). Bathroom is the only weak point of the apartment as it's really small and cramped and the shower is just a hand shower in a corner of the bathroom, without curtains or box, so the whole bathroom floor gets wet after showering.

The location, the apartment is located on a steep hill and going to the city center and back requires a lot of effort as you almost have to hike there. if you go by car than might not be that bad but otherwise the apartment is located in a pretty difficult area to reach by foot.

Nice and clean rooms and great service

The apartment was spacious and clean. It was perfect for a group of 6. Sildi, the host is so great and helpful and on top of everything. Wait and see the view from the balcony- its breathtaking especially the sunset!!

Good location with a great view of the sea, a friendly and communicative host, a super-nice touch when the lady of the house cooked us a local breakfast on the first day. We loved it here, even extended our stay.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. It has three terraces, the biggest one has awesome view to Sarande port and city. Terrace is equipped with terrace tables and chairs. It was so cool to spend evening time on the terrace with my friends. Nice new furniture and enough kitchenware for 6 people. Very nice and pleasant host, who can help with any trouble or question. Also there is a parking lot on the apartment's territory. This is perfect location for three couples of friends who travel by car in Albania!

Owner, view, clean, comfy, kitchen, panorama, bed, couch, friendly, best price/performance place in saranda...

I reserved two apartments, one bigger (two bedrooms) and one smaller (one bedroom). The smaller one would be great for families with younger children (2+2 model) and the bigger on is recommended for 2+2 (or 2+3) but with teenagers. Both apartments were clean and comfy, with great view of the Saranda's bay. There are two balconies in every apartment, so one can be used as a temporary storage and laundry and the other one is just for relaxation. Smaller apartment has very small bathroom but you can manage if you aren't too shy, of course (because the bathroom is drowning after shower and you cannot get dressed there). Hotel is 20-30 minutes walk distance from the Saranda's center but the car is still the best choice in Albania (if you want to "feel" the country). Owners are great! The building itself is in great condition also. You can use washing machine and the Miranda will surely help you in that matter. And you may use English :)
