Very central location, super-close to everything one needs. Nice, clean apartment, the host is really nice and answers quickly.

Everything was great. The location is convenient, beautiful view from the balcony, walking distance to the sea and 5 minutes by car to the parking lot at the Aphrodite trail. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything. Despite the cold and rainy weather one day, we were comfortable. A/C in each room. There is parking lot. Contactless check-in. Sociable host. We are satisfied with the stay

One day we woke up and there was no electricity. This is not the fault of the host, as there was no electricity in the area, and there had been a storm the day before. The hair dryer didn't work yet, but we had our own. Also, the front door is very flimsy, all sounds from the corridor will be heard and can interfere with guests in the living room on the sofa. In addition, the lock does not fully close with a key, but only slams shut. It was scary to leave our things for the whole day, but everything ended well.

The location was excellent. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. We sat on the balcony every morning and evening. TV had Netflix which was a bonus when one of the party didn’t feel well and stayed in.

Lots of stray cats around which scared the life out of us when you weren’t expecting to see them. Neighbours were a little noisy too early hours of the morning but that didn’t spoil the stay too much for us.

Very convenient for a family, right opposite the port and restaurants. Perfect for families! It is a very nice place with all the comforts.

The flat is in the center of Latchi, supermarkets, restaurants, beach and harbour are very close. We had amazing view from the balcony. Sun umbrella and chairs for the beach are available (however chairs are not really beach chairs, they are rather fishing chairs). The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning is available in both rooms. The owner, Despo was very helpful.

The apartment is really good. And the view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment has everything you need: comfortable beds, coffee, tea, grill on the balcony, kitchen with everything you need, TV, etc. The owner left us a bottle of wine, oranges and water in the fridge. Very nice of him. There are a lot of restaurants around with delicious seafood meals. I suggest you to try the Fish Meze. The nearest supermarket sells delicious watermelons and melons.

There were a lot of insects on the beach that bit us. We did not know about this and, unfortunately, bought the repellent too late. But of course this is not the fault of the owner) This is just for information to other visitors.

Everything went smooth and easy, the flat is clean & comfy, you'll have everything you need and even more. Kitchen is well equipped, the balcony is perfect! Overall the accommodation is recommended, we'll come back for sure.

The flat is very cozy with all you need for family to live in. It was very clean. And location is perfect!

The size and layout of the apartment met all my needs.

The view from the balcony of the Akamas hills is fine, but the apartment is part of a building complex - in no way bad but definitely concrete.

Very good apartment without big disadvantages. Grill on the balcony is perfect.

The only issue is that the neighbour's door in the main coridor is just near our door, so it could be noisy when somebody came at night.

This is my 4th stay at the flat as it has everything you need for a perfect stay in Latchi. It very comfortable with all mod cons and exceptionally clean, it is within in walking distance of the harbour, restaurants and beaches. The flat itself has a wonderful large balcony to relax on to watch the sunset over the mountains of Akamas Peninsula. An added bonus is a large communal pool. The host is outstanding and I have never had any problems as it is like home from home!!!! I would thoroughly recommend staying here as you will not be disappointed with this beautiful property.

The flat is near Latchi Harbour and from its balcony actually you can see the Harbour and is very close to facilities such as restaurants supermarkets and the beach. My kids were excited as the TV had Netflix and were able to watch cartoons in the morning before we start our day at the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time!!

Well equipped flat located near the Latzi Marina but further from the main road thus quieter. Spacious balcony with a fine view. Parking space nearby. A free swimming pool located within the housing complex (a code to enter is provided by the landlord). Shops at hand or in Polis some 5 kilometres away. Perfect contact with the landlord. When a defect with the toilet occurred, a repair man was there in less than half an hour. Comfortable beds, no problems with the Wifi or air-con, chilled wine and water in the fridge as a welcome set. And if you are fond of cats, there is a couple of them hanging around, looking for a snack and, sometimes, a stroke.

Well, you may not like the Greek-style toilet, where you are forbidden to flush any toilet paper and you have to put it in the waste basket. The bathroom itself a bit stuffy despite a window facing the ventillation shaft which does not make it any cooler in that deadly heat. The "tank-on-the-roof" water supply system provides you with hot water but its pressure is far from being perfect.

The holiday apartment has everything you could want & more from a home away from home! The owner is very welcoming & friendly and the property is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. I thoroughly recommend this holiday flat as this is my 3rd year staying at the property. Great views and a walk away from the harbour restaurants and beaches....also a communal pool that is an added bonus!
