very friendly host - Thanks Chris. We liked good location (many restaurants nearby, playgrounds, bus stop, shops). Spacious, light, modern, well planned apartment. Secure area and underground parking. Nice balcony with some mountain view on the side with plenty of sun. Free gym onsite is very handy - it has treadmills, elliptic trainer, indoor bicycles, weights and etc. would definitely come back. the only thing to really improve is internet speed :)

Internet is slow almost not suitable for remote working, tested speed with different Hotspots, different places in apartment and max was 10Mbs. If you watch something on one device, impossible to make a video call on another. I think this was the biggest issue. There are some other small ones which did not bother us: smell in the kitchen if neighbors are cooking something(have to open the windows). The lock of the balcony doors in the living room does not work. Some neighbors upstairs like to shout a lot and argue and noise insulation is not that good so you hear it. also noisy street nearby which you can hear very well at night.

Hristo is a great host, very attentive and gets things done quickly. The property is brand new and has all you need. I found it to be very comfortable which made my stay outstanding.

Excellent facilities spotlessly clean.

Very goog place to stay with kids. Adeje is very quiet area, nearby is shopping centre (2 minute walk away), few nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Clean and new appartement. Hristo is very friendly host and helps you if something needed (speaks also good English and Russian). We enjoyed our stay.

You need to rent a car or take taxy if you want to get Los Christianos or Las Americas.
