Praiano is a quaint town between Positano and Amalfi. Amazing restaurants, inter shuttle for 1 euro anywhere in Praiano or 1.30euro to go to Positano. Friendly people in the town. My recommendation: book a car and driver from Naples to get you to your apartment. The roads are steep almost 30 degrees and travelling with luggage is awkward. Call Annalisa at +39 333 658 3122 to make arrangements. We also called her for a day trip to Salerno. We would stay here again...the view from the terrace was amazing!

Casa Capinera was a spectacular location. It was perfectly placed for excellent restaurants, convenience stores, bars and coffee shops. The walk down to the beach was a daily pleasure with easy access to water excursions and water taxis. The apartment was light and airy with beautiful views and a large terrace with superb panoramic view. The inside of the apartment would probably benefit from some updating and a power shower in the en-suite. Also, the outside chairs require new seat covers. Overall it suited us perfectly and we loved it. Maria met us and was delightful. The service from Amalfi Car Limousine Services was faultless. Matteo was wonderful and helped make our stay memorable. As for Summer In Italy, my queries were always responded to promptly and efficiently. Can’t find any faults!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have loved to have been able to stay longer. We actually spent one entire day on the terrace which was a highlight of our trip. Booking was very convenient.

Our stay at Casa Capinera was awesome. Both bedrooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. The best part of the unit is the very large terrace with excellent views. We were so happy we elected to stay in the quaint village of Praiano - it was centrally located for day trips to the much busier/touristy Positano and the amazing trip to Ravello (with a little bit of time in the town of Amalfi too). We arrived later than expected but Maria was gracious enough to meet us at the designated location to provide us with the keys, walk us through our apartment, answer all our questions, and recommend nearby restaurants and markets. Keep up the good work! I learned about Summer In Italy through a friend of a friend and I'm so happy we booked our villa in Praiano through you. All in all, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend using "Summer In Italy" for anyone planning a trip to Italy's breathtaking Amalfi Coast. Luca was immediately responsive to all my email inquiries and provided great advice about transportation around the Amalfi Coast and back and forth to Rome.

We stayed on the Amalfi Coast in Praiano for four nights. The house was very comfortable and met our every need. The terrace/patio is as big as the pictures depict. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house was clean and lovely. The property was described to us as having 20-25 steps to walk down to access. In reality, it was 68 steps. If you have problems with steps or walking up and down inclines, the entire Amalfi Coast may be challenging. But it was worth all the steps! The coast is beautiful. We planned a day trip to Amalfi for the Lemon Tour, a Sunset Cruise and a day trip to Capri. We would recommend this VRBO and look forward to visiting again!

Casa Capinera was perfect for our stay. We were there for a week with another couple and its location was brilliant - close to everything - the sea, great restaurants and a great market with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again. It was a pleasure dealing with Summer In Italy.

Beautiful Villa. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the villa has everything we would need. There is a lovely grocery store right up the street with very friendly owners. There is also a smaller grocery store nearby as well. A yummy restaurant with a beautiful view sits atop the grocery store and is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our only issue was that this place was remote - not in the heart of Praiano as I imagined. Walkable food or drink was pretty limited. It was very quiet and we enjoyed that, but would have liked to stay a little closer to food/drinks. City bus line is about a 10 min walk, which is easy going down but what a walk going back up!!! (but as everyone said, this is expected on the Italian coast!) View was gorgeous and loved watching the sun come up one morning over the hills. All in all great experience!

We really enjoyed Casa Capinera. It was quite clean and appeared to have been recently painted. It's somewhat removed from nightlife, town, beach area etc. but we still enjoyed our week there tremendously. Summer In Italy were the best when it came to response time and information. I would definitely use you in the future and would recommend you to my friends.

Casa Capinera is a nice property with a wonderful view. It is well located and the grocery store is at a short distance, really convenient.

This setting is perfect! Amazing view of the ocean, air conditioner cools place down when needed. Rene [the owner] did a great job explaining how to get around in Amalfi Coast. Casa Capinera is a lovely villa with everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation!!! The villa is spacious and so bright and airy!!! The terrace is where we spent most of our time... enjoying the breath taking views!!! Summer in Italy was very informative and very helpful!!! Their sense of urgency is fantastic... emails answered immediately!!! When we booked Casa Capinera on Internet we received an email from Summer in Italy and than continued the correspondence!!! Casa Capinera is a great apartment with a fantastic view. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that ere clean and functional. Praiano is centrally located, which made side trips to Amalfi and Positano quick and easy, either by car or public transportation. Summer In Italy was great to work with. They responded quickly to our inquiries and provided all the details required.

We enjoyed Casa Capinera so much... often when you view information and photos the reality fails to match up - in this case the villa was even better than we'd expected. For the three of us, it represented great value too. We felt instantly at home and very much 'in Italy' (rather than staying in some formulaic hotel room that would have been the same the world over). The team at 'Summer in Italy' could not have been more helpful or easy to deal with... Thank you for making our first trip to Italy so memorable!
