Kurze Entfernung zur Innenstadt. Gute Parkmöglichkeit mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Bequeme große Betten.

Abfluss im Bad bereits bei Anreise verstopft. Lüftergeräusch der Heizung sehr störend, Besonders in der Nacht.

To arrive at a hotel room and find that everything has been thought of, a place For everything, mirrors where needed, comfortable bed and great pillows and sheets, shower with plenty of hot water and ample! Well designed, breakfast offered enough and good quality products. Staff was kind and helpful. Good we Will Come Back and will recommend it !

Would have love salmon at breakfast time…parking to get there was a challenge this time. Next time we will know better.

I have allergies 🤧 from smoking and room was all smelly lucky window can be open just was cold -5 c Reception told no more rooms available to change - hard to believe as in booking com was available!!! my eyes is puffy as result of allergies…

Room was excellent - had a suite which was very large. Staff were friendly and very pleased that it had an underground car park - I hadn't seen this on the website.

Some mainteance issues - air conditioning didn't work very well, particularly in bedroom and bedside light didn't work. The bed was also a bit soft (subjective opinion)

clean, modern, close to the city center. Staff was very helpful. we had a broken sink immediately fixed

1) we stayed in building 2 which is quite a distance from building 1 where you find both the reception and the restaurant. 2) online check in did not work well.

Directly in the city center of Muenster. Quite loud due to a close restaurant in the summer-time.

I have only one complain: the smell of the carpet. when I opened the door of the room, I had a headache for a while because even tough the room was clean, the bed was obviously fresh made, the carpet probably was washed long time ago, so was smelling like a place that was closed for awhile.
