Location was great for Disney as 10 minute drive. Restaurants, shops and petrol on doorstep.

Very busy, fast road right outside which was noisy overnight. Room had very bad strong smell of cigarettes, front door would not shut very easily and looked like someone had broken in, toilet would not flush properly and shower hose ripped and pouring water everywhere, though they did fix this quickly. Had kettle but no tea or coffee, sugar or cups so we had to get those from local shop including toilet roll.

Absolutely excellent value, at this accommodation. they kindly accommodated me parking a smaller coach on site. The bed was comfy, the accommodation clean and i was very pleased with breakfast.

Toilet Seat did not match the toilet itself, so had a sliding seat every time you sat on it! Took management a long time to respond. 2 our of 5 clothes hangars missing. Asked several times during our 3 night stay to supply new ones, but they never came! No fruit included in the way too expensive continental breakfast for €10.80!
