- Didn't have any issues but it was a bit hard to reach the hotel by phone, tried a couple of times nobody picked up

The hotel is small and cosy. The paintings on the wall are very beautiful and everywhere, on the corridor, elevator and living room, there are creative and original decorations. I got a feeling of optimism and freshness. The hosts are kind and smiling, speaking at least four languages. The room was very clean.

Everything!the hosts: Cinzia and Nadia were exceptionally friendly and helpful. the communication was easy and quick. we were travelling with our son and when we came to the hotel , we were very pleasantly surprised that our room was upgraded for a bigger one free of charge. we were also given a code for an online Ticino ticket that allows you to use public transport free of charge and get discounts at most sights. the location: is great -a 5-7-minute walk to the lake and to the main square.it also takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to the funicular Orselina, to cable cars and chair lifts Cardada-Cimetta. breakfast : breakfast was tasty , homemade by hosts, with good coffee and different options. rooms: simple but exceptionally clean , with all the basics you need and with a coffee machine in the room. all in all the hotel is a very cosy place with a home-like atmosphere created by the hosts. Definitely a place we would come back to when we travel to Ticino again.

Cinzia and Nadia are the most lovely and welcoming, the hotel is in the brilliant spot and close to everything you may want to see in Locarno. Lovely breakfast and comfortable room.

the only thing that was not perfect is the noise from the neighbouring rooms, I could hear people taking in the evening and snoring at night

Everything was beyond exceptional! Very friendly staff and really good location. Free parking really helped! They even upgraded the room for us for free, best room in the hotel with a beautiful view of locarno!

The staff was absolutely the highlight, both Cinzia and Nadia were super nice people and gave us detailed information when needed, in a pleasant familiar way, yet very polite.

The room had a strong smoke (cigarette) smell when we first arrived. Got better after some ventilation.

Awesome stuff members. Good location and clean rooms. Really enjoyed the breakfast and no charge for the dog per stay was also a big plus for us.

Good location to explore Locarno and surrounding. Good choice for breakfast and even when it was only us and one other room they prepared a buffet. Room was clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great to get a Ticino Ticket to explore the area.

Room was small and not homely but fine for a short stay. At breakfast no fried eggs.
