Raj was very welcoming and hospitable. He made me feel like it was a home. Gave advice on where to go The bed was a great size and very comfortable. Everything was super clean ! I felt Raj really cared about you being comfortable and enjoying your stay in Torquay.. The Hotel is a short walk from the harbour and the town centre which was great as I didn't jave a car Unfortunately I had a week of rain so spent more time in my room than I wanted to . Whilst there I took a walk to Torre Abbey and went on a boat trip to Brixham which was very quaint and pretty. Harbour 16 is a great place to eat I had a couple of good lunches there including an awesome Sunday roast! If I was to go back to Torquay I would deffinetly stay at Coastal Waters.

The rooms are on the small side I was one person in a standard double room .with a very large suitcase and a carry on . If couples are sharing a room just take two small cases or share a big case otherwise there will be no room to walk . Ensuite is very small but we'll equipped. Pillows could be softer ( just my preference) perhaps ? )

Coastal Waters is a fantastic place to stay, from the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. It was immaculate, clean and beautifully decorated to a high standard throughout. Raj was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble, he asked us if there was anything they could change or improve on in the future and we can honestly say No, it is perfect as it is. The breakfast room was lovely with a view over to the park opposite and the breakfast itself was cooked to perfection and a good size. We have stayed in ALOT of places and hand on heart have to say this is one of the best we have ever stayed in, would highly recommend and when staying in Torquay in the future, this will be 1st on our list. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Raj, owner and his wife were outstanding with nothing too much trouble. Nobody could cook an English breakfast better. We were greeted on arrival with Raj waiting outside to show us our personal parking space and his attention to detail from then on was second to none.

We don't have breakfast as we just stay for weekend fun. But we have spoken with the owner.yes they are friendly.Hope next time we would love to book again in future.

Location is very close to the Harbour. It’s a small guest house with breakfast. My room was comfortable and it was lovely and dark at night. There was a safe in my room but I didn’t use. There was a fridge but it was off (and I didn’t need it).

I would have liked somewhere to eat other meals. My room didn’t have much of a table and we were warned against eating food on our beds. The stairs up from the street were hard work but that’s the geography. No lounge or similar - it’s just a B&B.

The location was ideal to walk into town and the harbour, 10 minutes from the sea. Breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked and a good choice Raj was very helpful and friendly and I felt comfortable as travelling alone Everything was perfect, just what I needed for my break

A fabulous hotel. The owners went out of their way to help guests. Their attention to detail was absolutely outstanding. I was truly humbled by their care and kindness. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was delicious.
