Appartement fonctionnel (pas de lave linge dommage....mais laverie automatique à proximité) et bien situé face à l'océan avec toutes les boutiques et bars restos en bas. Un peu bruyant le soir (côté salon) mais normal pendant la période estivale. Lit 2 personnes dans la chambre très confortable. Éviter le canapé lit qui a fait son temps... Nous avons visité les remparts du château avec une magnifique vue. Nous avons été nous baignés à Lagoa Albufeira et à la Praia de Portinhio Parque de Arrabida en plus bien sûr de la belle Praia de California de Sesimbra ! Un petit tour en bâteau avec Aquarama top ! För vårt ändamål - två vuxna som bara vill ha lugn och ro och vacker utsikt - perfekt!

We stayed at this apartment for 8 days in September. The owner contacted us before we arrived telling us about the check in and it couldn't have been easier. The apartment has underground check in and a lift right outside the door. The apartment is in such a fantastic location directly opposite the beach and near most of the eateries. There is a small supermarket next door and a delicious ice cream parlour. The apartment has wifi and air con and all the facilities you could sent. The balcony is a good size and also has a cover to keep the midday sun off. The beach beds started being put away on 16th September but we did find some still further down the beach. 're owner contacted us again with check out procedure so couldn't have been easier.

O apartamento está muito bem estimado e bem equipado para receber um casal com 2 filhos. A localização não podia ser melhor, mesmo em frente à praia, com uma vista fabulosa. O facto de ter um parqueamento disponível, é importantíssimo em Sesimbra... Sesimbra em si, é um destino muito agradável, que desconhecia, e que passou a estar no topo das preferências.

Sitio muy agradable para pasar unos días a pie de playa con niños. Adaptado para discapacitados si bien hay algunos escalones. Lo recomiendo.

Corresponde totalmente ao proposto. Experiência a repetir.

The apartment was perfect with an amazing view, very clean and well decorated apartment, cold AC in both the living room and bedroom, and locked private parking in the deck below! You don't realize how important that parking space is until you get there. The streets are all one way streets so you'd end up driving around the city all day trying to find a parking spot if you didn't have that private space and incredibly well protected from people that might try to break into a tourist's car. The view is one of the best on the beach in my opinion because those palm trees are wider apart in front of this apartment. The building is also one of the nicest looking buildings on the strip; either because of the materials used on the exterior or because the owners have done a better job of maintenance, or both. I really couldn't say anything negative about this apartment or the host for that matter. Something we didn't know until we got there was that the beach runs basically East to West, so the beach keeps full sun all day morning from Dawn to Dusk. Many beaches we've visited will be shaded by the condos and hotels either in the morning or afternoon, but here you can be a beach bum in the early morning hours or very late in the afternoon, whichever you prefer (or both if you're able to handle that much sun). The host (Luis) was very nice, always readily available to answer questions via phone or text and to provide advice on where to go for dinner, groceries, etc. There is an ALDI grocery store roughly 10 minutes by car from the apartment and there's a nice sized fridge in the apartment for your groceries. I simply couldn't say enough good things about this apartment. Great value, great location, great care taken of the property, and great host! I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Praktisches und gepflegtes appartment mit einem tollen Blick auf Strand und Meer. Sehr gute Lage. In 5min. Zu Fuss in Zentrum. Kleiner Supermarkt für das Nötigste direkt unter der Wohnung. Sehr empfehlenswert. Einziger Nachteil: die küchenausstattung ist schlecht, zum kochen reicht es nicht.
