Amazing value for a lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the pool and limited view of the sea. Wonderful to have a washer. Property manager responded promptly to our questions.

Sollte man den Wunsch haben zu kochen bringen sie bitte die eigenen Pfannen u Kochtöpfe mit , die vorhandenen gehören dringend gewechselt . Es hieß Bettwäsche Handtücher vorhanden f 2 Pers ein Betttuch schwarzes spanntuch u schwarze Handtücher Bitte etwas mehr zur Verfügung stellen . Sonst war es die optimale Lage. . Traum Pool alles so sauber durch ein perfekten Hausmeister Eine sehr schöne Anlage

Super Lage, für 2 Personen
Wunderschöne Wohnung, in einer wirklich sehr gepflegten Anlage. An dieser Stelle muss man den sehr netten und engagierten Hausmeister nennen, der die Anlage perfekt "in Schuss " hält. Toller Pool, Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Restaurants, Supermarkt und Strände fußläufig in wenigen Augenblicken zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, jedoch ist eine Belegung mit 4 Personen nicht zu empfehlen, da hier der Platz definitiv nicht ausreicht. Für 2 Personen allerdings perfekt.

Top Lage mit Pool in Olympiagröße
Funktionale Ferienwohnung in Top Lage. Die Innenstadt und der Hafen ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen, der Pool ist riesig und alle Strände von St Tropez sind mit dem Auto maximal 10 min entfernt. Der Komfort der Wohnung ist ok, aber für den Preis zu wenig, allerdings macht das die Lage wett.

Man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Alles ist fusslaeufig zu erreichen. In der Hochsaison ist mit Lärm zu rechnen, da die Wohnung im 1.OG an der Durchfahrtsstraße liegt. Wenn man kein Fenster öffnen will, kann man die Klimaanlage anschalten.

La Résidence est très bien placé avec une belle piscine. Le studio est agréable avec la climatisation qui est indispensable. Il est un peu bruyant vu la proximité avec la route et il manque des volets roulants selon moi car il n’y a que des rideaux occultants.

Prima appartement voor 2 personen om Saint Tropez en omgeving te verkennen. Op loopafstand van het centrum en de haven. We zijn tijdens de jaarlijkse Voiles de Saint Tropez (zeilevenement) geweest. Een echte aanrader voor wie mooie klassieke zeilboten in actie wilt zien.

However the property itself was very small, it was advertised as sleeping four - this would have been impossible unless it involved small children. It needs to be made clear that it is a studio apartment with the bed behind a curtain. There wouid have been no privacy. Clever photography made the property appear much larger than it actually was. Also there was only a Juliette balcony. One strong point: The guardien of the apartment block was very pleasant and helpful.

Objekt und Garten mit Pool klasse. Wohnung hat uns enttäuscht.
Wohnung war in der Überschrift ausgeschrieben für 4 Personen mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badzimmer. Diese Wohnung (nur ein Studio) ist für 4 Personen nicht geeignet, selbst wenn 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten und 4 Sitzplätze vorhanden sind. Es gibt nur eine Schlafecke und kein separates Schlafzimmer. In Küche prinzipiell alles vorhanden, aber recht spärlich ausgestattet. Nur Franz. Fernsehen und auch kein WLAN. Das Badzimmer war nicht sehr einladend. Meine Frau und ich haben den Urlaub genossen, aber von der Wohnung hatten wir uns mehr erwartet.

Pour être une habituée de Saint-Tropez, j’ai trouvé cette location formidable. J’ai particulièrement apprécié mes longueurs matinales dans la grande piscine. La résidence est très calme et très bien entretenue. J’eu de très bons contacts avec les propriétaires et le gardien, encore merci pour leur disponibilité. A recommander.

All well and good EXCEPT, the wrong address was provided on the website and the ONLY reason I found the place was that I went to every entrance on that street and entered the door code (the owner did not respond by phone or text). ASK for the CORRECT address and the telephone number of the gardian (who is very helpful). The door by the pool doesn't work well.

Le cadre est superbe, la vue magnifique. A quelques minutes à pied du port et du centre, suffisamment pour passer des nuits tranquilles. Piscine splendide bien adaptée pour la nage par sa longueur(25 M) et peu fréquentée.
Le studio est très bien équipé, les draps et linge de maison fournis sont un plus très agréable. Baie ouverte, on a l’impression de déjeuner en terrasse à l’ombre des palmiers. A recommander
