Hotel food, staff, comfort

No restaurant facilities on the Sunday night no full bar service either, receptionist was the bar tender and could only open bottles of beer, no wine.

everything food was terrible,hot tub smelled clearly not clean properly location has got to be the worst of any hotel ever. the bunk bed collapsed and my daughter fell out

looks like a Japanese love hotel for extra marital couples to have fun in themed rooms, not quite a good fit for families.

absolute amazing rooms with great beds and very clean. no noise. breakfast was very very tasty as well

It's our second time at Diamante (the last time was in April). It's a great place if you plan to attend a Juventus match (as we do) and visit Torino and Piemonte. The staff is friendly, the location is perfect, good breakfast (and dinner at an additional cost).

The water in the bath was cold once, but I think it's because the boiler was set incorrectly - once we turned it to a hot degree it was perfect.

Amazing quirky hotel for a motorway stop off, very good value for money. We had a private parking space and one of those rooms that the lift opened straight into your room !!!! AMAZING !! The breakfast was fresh and the staff was always replacing what was taken so later guests could enjoy everything to, lots of different choices. The best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. 😀👍

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, huge selection of pastries! Very clean room with good towels. Good location for the motorway as stopping off on a journey.

Closest exit on the motorway was closed so needed a detour to get there. No fault of the hotel but it was frustrating.
