Staff are friendly and Kind

They mentioned that they have a sports centre/fitness centre at the hotel which I thought was a proper gym. But it was just a small room with two treadmill machines. I was told at the check in that, I would be offered a discount which is about NTWD 5000 and I had to sign for it which I did. However at the check out, I was not refunded anything at all. I don't mind as I was not expecting a cheaper price but I find this fishy.

Location a bit out of the way but in a nice green area.

We were very pleased to stay here. Always when we visit Taipei, we choose this hotel. Stuff including breakfast is awesome and all the facilities are clean. Thank you and looking forward to the next time as well!

What I love the most is the style of this hotel. It’s elegant, the staffs are friendly and polite. They helped me to contact and make a reservation in a restaurant. They are too nice. I would love to comeback with this service.

The breakfast is not really my favorite. But it’s good in general.

We chose the hotel for it’s location near the National Palace Museum. The breakfast was very good with several options. The staff at the check in-out desk were awesome!

As a female who has traveled alone often, I was not comfortable with the spring release closure of the room doors. I did not like that the from door didn’t close behind me and I could not easily push it close. I consider this a safety issue.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. It is the best location to be within walking distance to the Palace Museum. It is not very central.

Elegant and comfortable hotel with large, well appointed rooms. Lovely views from room and lounger area. Common areas were very stylish and breakfast excellent. Neighborhood was great and very close to Palace Museum.

Location was a little far from MRT although buses were easy to use and frequent.

Very comfortable stay in Yusense. The location was far from the MRT, close to National Palace Museum though. Besides the location, the room size, room layout, the facility were superb. They offered welcome fruits, free minibar (snacks and coke), and high-quality shower supplies. I also like the decoration of the room, simple and warm wooden furniture. Needless to say, the view was comfortable. The last but bit the least, Yusense provided a delicious breakfast. The portion could even be a brunch.

Low-speed wifi. Small gym with only three equipment. Time-consuming breakfast service.

The employees were extremely helpful and considerate. The hotel was within a 10 minute walk to the royal palace museum.
