Apartment is bright and sunny with large balcony and good sea and mountain views, great for winter sun. Comfortable and well equipped. Only 5 minutes from the beach and marina, supermarket 2 minutes. Private off road parking . We stayed 10 days and the apartment was cleaned and towels etc changed twice which we thought fine.

Would be good to have another arm chair in the living room. At present the only soft seating is for 2 or maybe 3 in a row on the sofa facing the TV.

Really loved this Apartment, its modern, with a small but well equipped kitchen, you could actually cook a proper meal, there is a proper size oven, hob, microwave snd all the pots and utensils you need. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you could need. We loved having sun-beds on the large terrace that gets sun until late afternoon, we did get a tan and it was first week of December! The location is perfect, just a couple of mins walk to the harbour or the beach. You can see the sea from the terrace. The lounge has a TV that would be better if a bit larger but was ok, you can log into your netflix account once you have worked out how to change all the instructions on screen from Spanish to English took time with no instructions but worth it for the evening. Puerto de Mogan seems to start shutting up around 10pm maybe because it was December? The apartments are peaceful and well maintained, kept beautifully clean everywhere and the lift is a huge asset after a day out or when carrying shopping!

The mattress was a too hard for me and the pillows supplied were a bit saggy and lumpy but the nice chap who met us and gave our introduction did say we could message them if we wanted different pillows but I didn’t want to be a pain. Also something that really needs to be addressed are the bathroom towels, they were tiny. You need one towel to be a proper bath towel, large enough to wrap around an adult. All easy fix things and personal preferences.

The apartment was spotlessly clean with a good view down to the port and well located near to bus stop and supermarket.

The apartment was in a perfect location with a lovely large terrace. It was spotlessly clean, towels changed daily and very well equipped.

We had good communication from the owner before arriving, we rang from the airport and the owner’s niece was at the property to greet us, give us the keys and show us round the apartment. She was lovely and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was spacious and modern, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Large balcony with table and chairs and a couple of sun beds, plus an automated awning, with a sea view and good view over Puerto de Mogan. Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and the beach, and the off-road gated parking was very handy. The apartment was cleaned every couple of days, and there was a large supply of towels.

Nothing to dislike. We would have liked a more snuggly sofa and more English channels on the TV, but these would have just been icing on the cake.

Perfect location, short walk to the local Spar supermarket, beach and restaurants. Secure parking. Large balcony with 2 sun loungers and a table and 4 chairs. Everything you need in the kitchen. A 35 minute drive from the airport. Good communication from Paco and Conchy and any issues were sorted in a timely manner. No late check out available as the apartments were fully booked, but we were able to keep the keys for the car park gate and leave the car there until we were ready and there was somewhere to store luggage if needed. I booked another apartment in PDM for the last day and this just showed how lovely the Apartmentos Las Palmeras were. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Only minor, washing machine and dryer were communal and in the entrance area. I believe this was payable per wash but we didn’t use them.

The apartment is equipped with every useful good needed. The view is simply relaxing and the terrace is the key point of the structure. The hosts are very welcoming and available to any request. Services and facilities can be reached in a few minutes.

This apartment could not be better. It has a comfortable bedroom with plenty of storage space. The bathroom is perfect, with a walk in shower. The kitchen/dining room has everything needed. The balcony/terrace has comfortable sunbeds, and dining furniture, with a nice view of the town and the sea.

Very clean and modern apartment with close proximity to shops, harbour. Lovely a quiet location and Paco was great in sorting the wifi on our first night. The added bonus is a large terrace for eating and sitting out on. There is also a private car park area.

Only thing I would suggest is a couple more lamps in the lounge area.

A small table and a footstool would have been handy. A modern coffee machine perhaps.

This not a gripe but something that might help the elderley person, could a hand rail be put the shower cubicle, I and maybe others get a bit dizzy in showers and need the rail to steady ones self

Spacious and super clean flat, lovely terrace with 2 x sunbeds and a table that is perfect for breakfast. Cleaning lady comes every second day, so feels almost like a hotel level of service. Private free parking is next to the building in the shades, which is great. Location is absolutely perfect, 5 mins from the beach and the port, with a big supermarket opposite the building. Paco was very welcoming and helpful, offering advice on reliable clinics nearby for our travel PCR test for the flight back.

Loved the space. Generous second bedroom. Generous terrace. Nice kitchen, all mod cons. Very comfortable overall.
