Lage tip top , Check in ging über die Sprechanlage, die Dame an der Anlage war super und hat einen Buchungsfehler von mir umgebucht. Die Lage ruhig und doch schnell am Konzertplatz 😎👌Die Einrichtung war gut .

The free access to the coffee machine in the breakfast area was most appreciated, regardless of us not having breakfast. Complimentary water in room was a bonus too. Great location, good selection of bars and restaurants and small supermarkets close by, and only a 30 minute walk into the centre.

There was no access to a safety deposit box in the hotel, either in the room, or at reception. This is pretty much standard these days, and was a concern as it did not comply with our holiday insurance requirements.

The hotel is nice and cozy. In particular it is very clean, with new furnitures and equipment. Also, the free wifi provided by the hotel works very well. It is a nice place to stay for a business trip.

Staff is not very present, especially at the reception. TV is another area where improvements would be welcomed. The location is good for working, as it is in an area with multiple companies, but it is quite desert at night.
