Nice and lovely apartman in the middle of the city. Lovely. Very silent, appropriate temperature.

The bed was not as comfortable and I felt a little lack of cleanliness (but I am very sensitive for it)

This is a semi-basement studio, and this means it is only a room where one can find a double bed, an extensible sofa, and a kitchen. It is good for a family with 2 children, but for 4 adults I do not recommend it, because of the lack of privacy. It was clean, the bathroom was also clean. The property is decorated in a boho-chic style. The host does not speak English, but she had all the needed information printed on paper, so this was not a problem. The location is very good.

From the pictures of the property, one can easily understand that the property has a separate bedroom, which is not the reality. Also, the property is advertised as being on the ground level, which is partially true, due to the fact that the inner yard is actually excavated. The windows are at the level of the sidewalks and because of this cannot be opened.

It is a cozy, friendly, nice place. I recommend it to everyone.

the mattress is a bit low

The location was perfect. Right across the mall on a culdesac. Very secure. Key necessary to enter courtyard and another to enter apartment. Nice and big with everything needed. Roland was right there when we needed help with internet login and when my mom dropped the shower head and broke the plastic ring on it. He was there within the hour both times. Very friendly and he spoke English. They even left me a little Christmas gift hanging on the door, as they knew I was away for 7 weeks over the holidays as I lost my husband a few months prior. Even though there were a few things that need addressing, I would definitely stay again and I was in this apartment for one month. The convenience of being able to walk just about anywhere overrode any concerns.

Sewer smell from shower drain wafted up through apartment. As this building is over 300 years old and apartment was on the bottom floor, most likely the sewer and gray water flow together. Solved this problem by placing a wet washcloth with overturned bowl on top of the drain and it worked! There is probably nothing the owner can do, but took me a week of smells to figure something out that worked. The apartment was decorated in dolls, flowers, hearts and such. Very feminine. Which wasn’t a problem for 2 women, except dolls creep me out. I suggest a more generic update, as a man might not choose due to that reason. The apartment had areas which looked like they had not been thoroughly cleaned in awhile beyond and under furnishings.

I liked the way it was decorated,a good taste for the detail.The owner was also nice.

It was not so clean,the toilet sit was dirty and the bathroom was smelling really bad like mold and sewerage mixed togheter. In the ad it was described as having two separated rooms, one bedroom and one living room but in reality was only one room with a bed and a sofa.
