Stayed over the Christmas holiday, 9 adults and 2 kids, so much space to spread out and lots of bedrooms to accommodate our requirements. Excellent location with just a short walk to the town and beaches. We were very lucky and had great clear weather for most of our stay. Would love to stay in the summer to make use of the lovely garden. Owners had prepared it for Christmas with a beautiful tree in the hallway and lots of other little festive touches around the living spaces. All in all a very comfortable and cosy house, proper home from home, which provided a very special place for a family Christmas. Thanks Virginia!!

Had a fantastic recent stay in december at the property. It was our 3rd time staying at the house. Absolutly love the property, the location is great, check in really easy. House is always very clean and well equipped. The house is a great size to accomodate our family. Hope to return many more times to add to our great experiences here.

Stayed in this huge property with numerous rooms/beds. Was perfect for my stay whilst competing in The Roc triathlon. The beach was a couple of mins walk away and wow what a great beach it is! House is clean and tidy, we had a slight issue with no hot water which had been turned off but a few text messages later and was all sorted. Overall perfect stay and would definitely stay again if ever back in that area.

We stayed here for 6 nights, a combination of our adult sons, close friends and a young grand daughter. The house is spacious with lots of bedrooms/beds, plenty of lounge space and outside seating in a lovely garden ( and an aga in the kitchen), The weather was sunny all week but if it had been wet we could have moved the evening socialising inside easily. 200 m from the main pub in Abersoch etc. Good value for this lovely place to stay as a group so don’t book before we have for next year!!

The photos don’t do the house justice, it was a great size with enough rooms for young and old and old to have their own space. The house is well decorated and furnished and the location was perfect close to both the town and the beach. We had a wonderful time both in the sun and rain and would return in a heartbeat.

We have had the loveliest weekend in Abersoch, after coming last year with a friends family we booked for a long weekend and we have had the best time. The house is in the most perfect location, two minutes from the village and the beach. It is big enough to comfortably fit a very big family (7 adults and 4 children) and you never feel like you are under each others feet. The check in and out process is super easy and when we got there a lovely bottle of wine had been left, as well as essentials (washing up liquid/toilet roll etc). Thanks to the sunshine we spent most of our time in the huge garden in the two big seating areas, playing on the ping pong table and having bbqs. The beach is a couple of minutes walk away, as well as the closest pub and shop. There is absolutely nothing to complain about and hopefully we will be back very soon! An absolute little gem in the middle of Abersoch!

Fabulous stay for the family, perfect location, great pubs and shops. This was our 2nd stay and we will be booking again for next year.

Lovely weekend. Enjoyed the relaxed space both outside and inside the property. Everything located easily within walking distance from house. Plenty of parking for 4 vehicles off road . Weather was kind too! Have been here 3 times now for short breaks and loved it.

We loved our stay so much last year that we came back again! That just about sums up the house.......it's a great sized house in a fabulous location and just perfect for a family/friends get together. I'm sure we will be back again soon :)

We had a great 4 night stay here. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the beach and town in less than 5 minutes. Well equipped and spacious. We can't wait to stay again!

We all very much enjoyed our weekend. The house was lovely and we all liked it. The problem we had was one of warmth. It's such a huge property to heat and when you have temps like we had in December, it just never felt warm. Our bedroom in particular was like an ice box, despite the radiators. Would love to stay again in summer though. Plenty of every utensil available. The kettle stopped working after the first evening and the dvd player didn't work at all, but we got by warming water in pans and amusing ourselves. The owner and the lady looking after the property were lovely, with the latter even coming out to extend the heating for us. Sadly, it didn't make much difference this time of year. We would choose to stay again.

The house was so great we came back again this year! ( we booked it last year too) I could not fault this house for a great getaway. It's so close to all amenities, including the beach which is just a very small walk away. It was like home from home, and catered for all ages. Would definitely recommend it for a stay in Abersoch.

This is a really beautiful house and perfect for a family get together or celebration. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need if you like to cook and dine inside or outside. There are lots of little details like candles and napkins too. We stayed in November for my mum's birthday; there was loads of space for the family to spread out and relax or play table tennis outdoors. The house was warm and cosy-with lovely comfortable beds and bedding. We all enjoyed the Aga in the kitchen especially! The location is perfect-walking distance from the centre of Abersoch and the beach. Communication was excellent throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. I can't recommend it enough!

This house is amazing. I booked it for 6 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday with family. All three generations really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we neeeded, home from home. At the weekend we had 13 staying and everyone had a comfortable, spacious bedroom. Hope to stay here again in the future. From booking Virginia has been a great host, and the house itself is wonderful - lots of space and really well equipped with everything you could need in a family home - even an electric whisk we used to whip up some cream for scones due to the clotted cream shortage :) The garden is spacious and sunny with plenty of seating and the beach and town can both be reached in less than a 5 minute walk. I don’t think we’ve ever had a better situated holiday home. I can’t fault it and we’ll be booking again for sure. Thank you Virginia and family :)

Lovely stay again for our 3rd time at this property. Fabulous house with all the facilities you could possibly need. Great sized bedrooms on every floor. Out the back gate, turn left, 2 minute walk and you are at the beach!! Amazing location. Turn right, walk 1 minute and you are in the village. We have just got back from a 3 night stay here and I simply cannot praise it enough. The description and pics really do not do it justice and my family have loved our stay. The house is decorated beautifully and all the rooms are clean and very comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen and so many living spaces to choose from too and comfortable bedrooms and beds. A lovely sunny garden at the rear with bbq and firepit and lots of outdoor seating..The kitchen is a perfect place to sit with coffee and breakfast early in the morning round the warm Aga! There are so many extras with this house that are a lovely touch such as book shelves full of books for adults and children, the cupboard in the hall full of games and puzzles for all ages. Fresh flowers in the kitchen and so many more little surprises. too many to mention. The home is ideally situated, five minutes walking (if that) in one direction to the beach, five minutes the other to the village but still in a very quiet area. We really didnt want to come home this morning but I hope we can book it again and return for another visit. If you are contemplating booking this house, please do! I cant find fault or anything negative to say about our stay and would like to thank Virginia and family for making our visit to Abersoch such a wonderful experience by staying at her delightful house which is truly home from home.. Hopefully we will be back and I cant wait..

What a great house. It's very large although it's very deceiving when viewed from outside. There are 3 sitting rooms, two with large TV's connected to SKY, so one room used for the children whilst the adults could watch TV in the other room. I preferred the 3rd room, very bright and comfortable and enjoyed relaxing with my books. The dining room is equipped with a good sized table and seating. All the bedrooms were of a great size, very comfortable beds with lining provided. The only issue we had on the first couple of days was the private road from the town to the house. Very bumpy with potholes and stone, some large. We did find an alternative route from the town by driving a little further down the coast road, smooth drive and arrived directly in front of the house. Everybody was very impressed with the house and if given the chance of us all getting time off together again we'll certainly consider booking. At one stage we did have an issue with one of the toilets not flushing but a call to Amanda and the problem was fixed that same day. Well done Amanda, also for the advice on where to visit when we went for a drive to Anglesey.

Really spacious, well equipped house in superb location. So close to beaches and town. Large back garden gets the sun all day. Recommended

The house was perfect in accommodating three families with seven children in total. The rooms were lovely, there was loads of space downstairs and the location was perfect being just a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. In short a great choice and one that we will definitely be looking to return to
