The fantastic location, the lovely apartment with two floors, great view of the cathedral. I would recommend this place - but remember to book a parking space immediately if you're coming by car.

The breakfast was disappointing - my pancakes were burned. Because it wasn't stated that I needed to reserve a spot for my car, there were none left and I had to park in a garage that was 17 min away on foot.

The location is just stunning with a view to the stained-glass windows of the basilica from room number 5 which is, I guess, the smallest but the most romantic one! All the details are well thought-out and create a unique historically artistic atmosphere which you feel from the first look at the building! At night they light candles in the lanterns at the entrance to the hotel and you can just sit outside feeling like in a fairy tale!

Unfortunately, all fairy tales end… :-)

Very nice hotel in one of the most beautiful streets of Gdansk. Modern and tastefully furnished room. Friendly staff at the reception. We highly recommend the hotel and would love to come back.

Amazing location, beautiful building, helpful and friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. This hotel is near all sorts of fun stuff to do and it's a really easy walk to the train station. Would definitely recommend staying here!

not negative but just information: no elevator, our room in the annex building was very small, and only one tiny trashcan. no housekeeping service unless requested

Ideally located right in the centre of town. rooms are beautiful and really clean. We stayed in a family room on the ground floor in the old part of the hotel and our friends had a deluxe suite in the new part of the hotel. We had breakfast a couple of the mornings, really tasty, great value for money and the young man serving us was very polite and helpful. A lovely touch on arrival was a magnet of the hotel - a great memory to take home with you.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, the room was modern and stylish, staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely restaurants and bars nearby.

Everything about the stay was fantastic! Location, value, breakfast, transfer all great.

There was no milk for the coffee and the refrigerator was unplugged. a very very minor thing.

Well, we did like EVERYTHING. THEY REALLY CARE ABT YOU! it was clean, comfy, there were even magnet as a gift and sweets 😉. It is really cool. Also guys agreed to have a look at our bags, after check-out, so we had more time to explore the city.

We arrived around 2 in the morning. And left around 10. Didn't have time to enjoy.

I made a mistake and didn't reserve the parking place for my car. The personnel solved my error in 3 min. Thanks for the help because I know how hard find a parking place in the old town.

The service was absolutely wonderful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The building and room was absolutely stunning and well maintained. It was a nice touch that the person who cleaned our room noticed that we'd only drank the still water so they replaced the sparkling with extra still for us. The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing as well

Sometimes our room was a little too hot and working the heating was a little confusing but this was a very minor issue and we didn't mind as it was so cold outside.
