Genuine focus on customer satisfaction, cleanliness, location, great breakfast choice, pleasant reception staff. As a family weekend getaway I was a bit concerned about the noise having in mind its central location, but we were located in a building located away from the busy street so the room was sleep friendly. Having in mind that we visited the place during winter, the hotel was warm and cozy 24/7.

Very nice Hotel, location is great (right next to the lake. The penthouse Apartment is amazing. There is a Pub close to the hotel which had live music every night and the atmosphere was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk lady’s.

Smell from the bathroom coming from the sewage system Room not adequately cleaned. Hair (not ours obviously) found on the bed sheets upon arrival. Room properly cleaned only after complaining Ventilation system in the bathroom not working and refrigerator a nice presence but no use

We had a very good stay and time at Tino Hotel - good location nearby city center , wonderful view of the lake ,satesfied service espcially in the reception - excellent English , full information about the area - free parking , full breakfast ,free spa and sauna , generaly a beautiful place to visit ( I would like to come again at the same hotel ) .

Nothing serious , maybe the reception space was rather small .

Almost everything was great, staff at the restautant and the bar were so kind only 1 blonde girl she get mad because i ask if they can bring the food in the room and she said to go down and take but the other guy from the bar bring the food he was so kind, the room cleanliness should improve rather than that everything was great value for the price.

Definitely need to improve the cleaning of the room, matress was pretty bad which in the mornings i had a terrible back pain Rude blonde girl in the bar

The rooms were very dirty ! Hotel need renovation and rooms must be clean !

Good location, spa is ok, steam bath was not working, too many kids in the spa, no sign that spa is not for babys, some strange people think that jacusi is pool for babys!

Buffet breakfast with lots of options. Our room looked out over the lake. Room was clean. Close to centre and other cafes/restaurants.
