Very convenient location in the same vicinity to the Salt Mine attraction. The buffet breakfast, bar and dinner options were adequate and available to enjoy. The room we had had a spacious bathroom and beautiful view from 202. It had free parking when we finally opted for a rental for our second main event.

Sometimes it’s the most simplest things like personal preferences and expectations- did not have tissue box often seen in most hotels, coarse toilet paper, cold bathroom floor (guess spoiled by heated floors from previous hotel experiences), and small bath cover to prevent water splash outside of the bathtub.

Very good hotel with excellent staff, better than we have expected, big room and bathroom, very clean, very confortable, nice breakfast, the existence of sauna and massage was a big plus for us. We booked it for the visit of Salt Mine which seems to be on the same property but we arrived too late and in the morning we did not have time for this visit. The hotel sells also very nice salt products that you can buy as souvenirs. If you plan a visit of Salt Mine, the hotel can organize it for you. Anyway we were not sorry at all for leaving Krakow to come to spend the night here cause it was a very pleasant experience that we feel we want to repeat.

Room and bathroom are very big. Plenty of space to move around the room. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. Always topped up. Parking is very big and free for hotel visitors. Location is very central. We will be coming back again.

Getting there by a car is quite tricky if you first time in the area. Non of my 3 navigators was able to calculate proper root. We drove in circles for a 15 min when I saw tiny street sign of the hotel.

Hotel is located on a huge property, a park, where you can stroll to heart's content. It is also next door to the famous salt mine, so if this is the reason for your visit, this hotel is perfect.

Bar could be open longer, some simple snacks or sandwiches at night would be a huge plus too.

The building looks like fully renovated old-time building as i suppose from mines administration. The rooms are big and comfortable. Right in front of the building you have a mid-size park nice for walking in the evening. Kids having a lot of fun visiting mines and related facilities. This place is probably the best on to choose to stay when you are planning to visit something in Welichka. They can as well book a tickets for visiting a mine for you. So you don't have to spend extra time dealing with it. The rooms a quiet. Additional facilities and overall hotel furnishing is very comfortable. It is also no to far from Krakow, so can be recommended for car-travelers who does not like spending a night in a big loud city.

For the vegetarians who does not eat potato there are not much option to choose from the breakfest, that's why we did not ordered breakfast last time. If you don't have food allergies or vegetarian preferences, then you should be fine with a breakfast
