Large well fitted one bedroom apartment within this 4 star playa hotel.

Fué un viaje de trabajo con una estancia corta. Los apartamentos de mi compañero y el mío los encontramos perfectos. Nada que objetar. El restaurante La Chalupa muy agradable, con comida sencilla y de muy buena calidad. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento.

Me gustó todo. Realmente no encontré nada que no me gustara. Hay que comparar este hotel con otros de su categoría y para mi es el mejor de Roquetas de Mar. Tanto mi compañero como yo nos fuimos con ganas de volver.

La ubicacion

La limpieza no estaba bien y el recogido de los apartamentos tampoco.

The staff were super nice and went the extra mile with tips on how to make the best out of the facilities. There was entertainment and lots of activities for kids.

The extra charges like parking and drinks not being included in the package.

The location, very close to the beach, is very good

Very noisy at night, almost unable to rest due to the noise of the street. Rooms very neglected and dirty. Bed with one of these mattresses that folds as you lie down. Rooms with poor quality in general

Lovely spacious rooms and balcony. Plenty of sun beds round the pool.

Entertainment very loud in the atrium until late. Breakfast choices.

Location was very good. Liked being right by the beach. Swimming pool was good. Good quality food in the restaurant and plenty of choice at all meals.

Very large groups of summer school type teenagers staying here constantly. Very noisy when they were in their rooms shouting across to the other balconies. Made dinner very busy. Also made pool very crowded and noisy / boisterous when they were there.

We loved the staff. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The entertainment team were exceptional.

The property was in a perfect location on the beach with plenty of bar’s and restaurants around. the hotel had a lovely vibe and the staff were very helpful, kind and polite. we got an upgrade to a sea view room we loved it so much we stayed an extra night. thank you for an amazing stay will definitely be returning.

We had an ocean view room with terrace which was fabulous. The rooms had plenty of space. It was nice that there was music and dancing in the evening. Breakfast had lots of items to choose from.

The room was a bit outdated but understandably for the price paid.

no draught beer in bar

We like the location of Bahia Serena, having been before. It is good to be able to go straight out for a walk. Spar supermarket over the road, is well stocked.

The food was very disappointing. Little choice, & cold. Often only fried eggs for breakfast. Not scrambled etc. Butter only available in morning. Had to find someone (often difficult),to ask for it in evening. It seemed as if chips every night. (cool too). This spoilt our stay. Had to buy fruit juice. Appeared to be only one nozzle, which meant that you had traces of the previous juices dispensed. Have allergy to pineapple, so had problems with the mixed fruit too. Mattresses were very hard. one had cover of plastic, so it made noises & became sticky. Very uncomfortable to sleep. The entertainment at night was very loud. (it echoed under the roof). But it did finish by 12:00

Location

The evening entertainment was too noisey. The kitchen was poorly stocked. The reception staff were unfriendly.

it stunningly beautiful. to look at and it has all the facilities you want , the long sandy beach is just opposite the rear exit of the hotel . for the one day we stayed it was perfect

we had a coffee pod machine in the room which is great but no coffee pods?

Nothing really maybe only because it is close to the beach …That’s all. But far from city center

Noisy hotel, old furniture, uncomfortable mattress

The location.

Outdaded furniture, stained room painting, dirty curtains, repetitive menu. The hotel definitely does not deserve 4 stars !!!!
