Outstanding. Einfach alles. Herausragendes Hotel das seines gleichen sucht. Die Lage ist einzigartig, allein der Ausblick vom Infinity Pool ist nicht zu übertreffen. Wunderschöne Anlage, sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Man hat immer den Eindruck als würden alle ihren Job lieben. Immer freundlich und fröhlich, das war sehr auffällig. Es waren immer genug Mitarbeiter für alle Aufgaben vorhanden, so dass der ganze Service immer ruhig und unaufgeregt erfolgte. Auf unserer Tour durch europäische Spitzenhotels (D/CH/A/FR) momentan die Nummer 1.

We stayed here during our honeymoon trip and were severely disappointed. The room we booked was Duplex Suite with Lake View and what we received was not as depicted on Booking.com, lacking the promised panoramic lake view and balcony. The staff were dismissive when we raised the issue, making us wait four hours for a room change. Our dining experiences were equally disappointing with ignored food preferences, insect-infested salad, and poor service. An unapologetic spillage from a waitstaff ruined my wife's dress. We were astonished to find such unprofessionalism at a Mandarin Oriental chain hotel. We can't recommend this hotel.

The room was a very good size, had a lake view and just perfect.

There was no orthophedic pillow that causes the pain in my neck for the whole duration of the holiday. Adfitionally, during my check out, I checked the bill and realised they added 840.-€ as transportation cost that we never used. Then they deleleted this amount from my bill. However, they do not even say “apolıgise” for this big mistake. This mistake really annoyed me!
