The room was very spacious and clean. Yes, it’s a hotel inside a hospital building but it was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There are many buses that come close by quite frequently, making it easy to get to the city center of Tübingen.

Perfect location for the hospital - but for town it's about 25 minutes walk (or a 3 minute bus ride). The self-contained accommodation was excellent - a comfy bed and desk area, a kitchenette with microwave and basic crockery and a bathroom stocked with shampoo etc. The breakfast was ordered the night before and delivered (on time!) in the morning - a good selection of European breakfast items, - juices, yoghurt, breads, cheese and meat and of course coffee! Staff were lovely and spoke English. I was in Tubingen for work and LOVED it - a beautiful old town with lots of bars and restaurants and sight-seeing opportunities. The accommodation (which is on the hospital site) can be accessed by bus from Tubingen town centre - or by taxi.

The after hours access point is not well marked - if you're turning up late at night check in advance with them so you can be sure where to go to get in :-)

The breakfast was OK and the location was close to the university and a ~20 minute walk from the city centre.

The Guest House is essentially a hospital wing and the rooms are hospital rooms. Also the ‘Guest House’ (Hospital) was up a very steep hill and a 30 minute walk to the town center.

The hotel has large and comfortable rooms - an amazing view of the Schwaebische hills and lovely staff. The hotel is also close to much of the student accommodation and university

The hotel is on a hospital campus - this was not clear to me when booking. This has a number of caveats within these coronavirus times. Getting in and out of the building was an exercise and there is not exactly much in the way of non-hospital facilities in the neighbourhood.
