The hotel location was excellent, at walking distance from 2 subway stations of the Bannan Line; besides, the hotel area is very safe and full of restaurants, malls, stores, and convenience stores which is very convenient. The staff was terrific, very kind and helpful going out of their way to aid me in whatever was needed such as providing power plug adaptors. As for the communal room, it was pretty comfortable, a perfect place for working and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was difficult to find the hotel entrance, which is located on a side alley from the main road, there was no clear indication on how to access the hotel. Receiving an email with instructions and pictures after the booking confirmation would solve this problem. All power plugs in the hotel were with the local standard, which is not convenient, but the staff had plenty of adaptor when solicited.

Small room with really comfy bed. Washroom was well appointed.

Small but we were only there for two nights

Every time I travel Taipei, I always stay in this hotel , because it’s near to restaurants, comfortable, and good nice hotel , staffs are friendly .

Just the wifi is kinda slow

The super convenient location and the very helpful staff. We changed our room from mini single room to the business double room (with a bathtub). The room was spacious and it's very easy to communicate with the staff for any of our needs. The laundry rooms were a huge plus as we stayed for 18 days.

The housekeeping never happened before 3PM (sometimes it's even after 4PM). We usually left the room in the morning and came back to rest in the afternoon. With the room unmade, it's quite difficult for us to really relax.

They didn’t want us to give a new towel and didn’t clean our room. I stayed here for 2nights!!

The location is good. Shopping is convenient. Easy to cancel the rest of my stays on Bookjng.com.

The room is very small. The ceiling was so low that a 5 feet 10 inches/178 cm person can touch it without tiptoeing. The wall is so thin that you can hear noises from the other guests. Given the price, it was definitely over-priced and not worth the money. It was not a comfortable stay. That was why I checked out the next day and moved to another hotel.

Clean simple and cental location. If you are on a budget I thought this was well priced given the location in Taipei.

It's a basic hotel so the not much to dislike overall

Location and clean

The room is terrible small. Can be said that it is a capsule room with a big mattress. Wasn't possible to open the luggage.

Only one lift was working and the lift lobby was under renovation. There is no sign showing where the hotel lobby. However the cleaning staff was hardworking and do a good job. The hotel lobby on the 7 floor was nice.
