Lovely relaxing holiday. Beautiful scenery. Had an amazing time. Only suggestion would be to have black curtains in the bedrooms and not blinds.

A beautiful home, stylish yet relaxed. Perfect house and layout for a family group. Wonderful for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bed linen and ample bath towels. Excellent communication with the welcoming host. Perfect.

We found this to be a lovely holiday home. It was nicely decorated and furnished and very comfortable. The design made the best use of the views, which were fantastic. We spent most of our time on the back deck just staring out to see. The Kitchen was really functional and we did cook, though an excellent Italian restaurant called La Banca in the high street is well worth a visit. The owner was really helpful and responsive to any requests. We really enjoyed our time here.

A fabulous house, just as described (bigger than expected) set in a great location. Perfect for kids to cross the path and play on the quiet beach.
Everything we needed was provided in the house and the bottle wine and the owners were hugely accommodating with any request we had. Would highly recommend and we hope to go back one day.

Had a family reunion here with members of all ages coming together. The seaside location is ace and the house is well designed with lots of communal spaces to relax in.

We had a wonderful time in Selsey. The house is just as listed with the layout a perfect place for families. It is set next to a large nature reserve and perfect for extended walks and bike rides. Walking distance to local restaurants and even the grocery store. Debbie the neighbor was wonderful to work with, quick to respond. Kevin was outstanding in communicating. We would stay here again!

Our family had an amazing week in this lovely home! This property looks fantastic in the pictures but I can tell you it is even more impressive in person. Comfortable, clean, perfect location with beautiful views! Kevin is an excellent host - attentive and helpful. Would love to return and stay again!

The beach house was so much better than expected, so spacious, beautifully furnished and clean. We had an incredible time when we stayed there, and would definitely book the house again.

Half-term break with grandparents, parents and children. We enjoy short breaks away at properties like these and the key differentiating factor is whether the property has been bought and furnished to rent out or whether it is someone's own home which is let out when not in use. Seascape is definitely the latter and has lots of personal touches, interesting and quality furnishings and facilities.
But the views straight out to sea and sky are what make this a lovely place to stay. I found myself staring out the windows until my tea had gone cold.
Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay by the sea! A cozy home that comfortably slept 7 of us. We enjoyed long walks, a cool breeze, late night card games and cold swims!

This was a perfect location for a multi-generation family vacation. The house was lovely, the neighborhood is fantastic, and the beach is just feet away. It was amazing. Great hosts as well.

We spent a lovely 3 days in the Beach House with old friends. It is comfortable, spacious and well appointed with great views of the sea and local walks to do. Quiet neighborhood, and the house is light and airy. Beware, the oven is small and we couldnt fit a large lasagne dish in. But otherwise, perfect.

A lovely cedar built home on three levels, the property had everything we needed and was perfect for our multi-generational stay. The East Beach area is quiet but characterful and small local shops and larger supermarket about 15 minutes walk/5 minutes drive in each direction were convenient. We visited Arundel, Chichester and smaller local villages and seaside towns and had a couple of wonderful meals locally. We have booked to return next year.

We absolutely loved our vacation in the beach house rental. The ocean views, beach day, friendly people and the relaxing atmosphere made it a such a nice way to wind down our family’s first trip to England. It was definitely hard to lock up and leave.

The property is beautiful, clean, spacious and in a prime location.
Kevin was great and very helpful, quickly sending someone to split the beds which had been made us as doubles.

We had a wonderful weekend here, with 3 generations celebrating a golden wedding anniversary. Location is superb and the house is great! Kids played on the beach right outside and loved visiting the local lifeboat station. Lovely coastal path walk in both directions straight from the house. Enjoyed delicious meals at Paddy's Plaice Fish n Chips and the Seal Pub in Selsey. Also visited Chichester nearby. All in all, a perfect stay for the family.

A wonderful home on the beach which I cannot recommend highly enough. There 8 of us looking to celebrate over a long weekend, and what a lovely surprise it was when we arrived. Not only is it on the beach, it also had ample parking for all three cars, a front garden and back garden with decking overlooking the sea, a kitchen that you could cook in for a large group, plenty of seating space and four wonderful bedrooms. The location is superb. Thank you Kevin and Subash for making our weekend so memorable.

Seascape is just absolutely beautiful, this is not your normal rental property (we have been to a few!).
This is a truly tastefully, fantastically designed and well thought of kitted out "Home Away From Home!" The kitchen and house are fully equipped to ensure that your break or holiday is fully catered for.
The hosts have a very detailed guide of the property and also places to visit and eat. We followed their recommendations and had lovely days out and delicious food.
The sea front view from the house is just beautiful it honestly could not get any better and we were blessed with amazing early April sunny days. Drinking tea or coffee on the balcony every morning and later in the day having cocktails and wine...bliss!!!
Would we go again? Absolutely!!!

The setting is amazing it was relaxing,quite and just a splendid palace to go for a change of scenery!

A well designed property with all necessities catered for including an efficient heating system which was essential during winter.
We were welcomed by a Christmas decorated and lit house and a delicious Chocolate Gift which set the tone for a really memorable reunion with our family from the States.
Even when the weather was a tad dreary, the panoramic vista of the ocean and walks along the beach, were delightful and inspiring.
We thoroughly enjoyed the local restaurants and excursions around Chichester and its magnificent Gothic Norman Cathedral and cobbled streets.
The Five Stars we awarded were totally justified by our experience and we absolutely recommend Seascape without reservation. Thank you Kevin and Ash for helping us to make wonderful memories.

we are 6 ladies who rented the house for the weekend...wow wow wow, what an amazing place, the photos dont do it justice, comfy beds, plenty of space, all the gadgets you need, beautiful artwork and nic naks placed around the property and amazing views of the beach and sea from the windows

Unusual layout with eclectic interior which works. East Selsey is a peaceful spot and the beach house is in an ideal position with lovely sea views.
