Very central and close to the sea. The apartment had a super terrace with views of the mountain and sea. Might get too hot in summer, but in April it was perfect. Sunlight on the terrace from 9am till 8pm. Very good value for money. Clean and modern facilities.

Located on 4th floor with no lift. The stairway is a bit narrow so might be hard for big suitcase or child trolley. There was no kettle and it took ages to boil some water for coffee on the stove

The location is in the centre of the old part of town, so all the restaurants, the beach and the main places are within a short walk distance. The small balcony in the bedroom is above a small side street, giving you an excellent opportunity to have a glass of wine while staying in the exciting part of town. There is a fantastic bakery across the street and a nice bar right next to it, so lunch and a nightcap are accessible here.

We pre-ordered a baby cot which we found to be poorly installed upon our arrival, we had to call the host to fix it and wait half hour for them to arrive and extra 20 minutes for them to set it up as it was in poor condition. The upside was that they responded immediately and solved the issue. The parking is far from the hotel and the hotel isn't accessible by car due to ZTL - it is something we weren't aware of until we got the parking instructions from the host. The walk from the parking to the hotel is about 5-10 minutes but if you are carrying something it's not very fun. Even though there is a small kitchen in the room, there is no kettle, no coffee, no tea bags, no oil or anything that can help with food preparation. You got plats and forks if you want to eat takeout, but fixing a small breakfast is impossible if you came for a short stay and don't want to buy full supplies for one-time use. If you have a stroller or accessibility difficulties, you should be aware that all the rooms in this place are accessible through a steep staircase.

it was not clear that the parking was not near the hotel …could not drive into historic Center when we got there late at night which delayed our arrival by an hour ( tried to re route the gps 3x not knowing the whole historic Center was closed off except to locals) …once we found the garage with the direction of the staff on WhatsApp,they sent a taxi to get us without extra charge because it was pouring rain …very much appreciated !!!! we read the reviews and booking information but found this was not clearly outlined so we would recommend adding this info to the hotels booking info ….as noted ,once we got there location cleanliness and staff were very good !!! also we feel info should inform you that there are steep and deeper than usual ( for North Americans) steps up to unit …for us this was ok but would not recommend for anyone with bad knees !! )

We liked the place, we went in November so price was really low for location. We were literally 1 minute from beach and coast, maybe 4 minutes by walk up to cathedral. Everything was good.

Lovely apartment very near the beach and good restaurants in Cefalu. Very roomy and reasonable for an entire apartment, though we did not cook. Little balcony overlooked the street as if you lived in the neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Noisy neighbors below us, but they quieted diwn after a while.

Amazing location and big rooms!

The host was quite late to meet us for check-in. Perhaps 20 minutes, and we didn't have cell service to contact them so it was lucky that there was another couple waiting to check in at the same time. The staff was WONDERFUL and very kind and helpful - just not punctual which I have come to expect.

Room was in a prime location. Pretty clean and good water pressure in shower.

Parking was rough. Parked several blocks away and had to walk 10 minutes with luggage in the sun. Couldn’t get the TVs to work.

Apartment is in the historic center, thefore you must park a bit further. For us it was no problem though.

The place is perfectly located in Cefalù's centrum, close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. Has good wifi and a nice little balcony.

Private parking is available in walking distance, but you cannot park in front of the building.

Location, it is clean, near beach, check in was simple.

The property was lovely and clean, we selected the sea view room which was on the top floor, there was a couple of flights of stairs but totally worth it. The balcony was lovely and spacious and you could see the sea. The property location is also very central to the main square which was great.
