Great location. Clean and nice.

The location is amazing, just on the Riva. It was possible to walk to all beaches in the area. The apartment is very modern and stylish. We noticed that the tiles, bathroom equipment and other details are chosen to be premium quality. That made us feel very comfortable and happy during our stay.
We didn't like that there was no possibility to leave our baggage before 15.00 while catamaran boats that bring tourists to Lošinj arrive there at 9.00. Because of that we needed to go to the beach with a suitcase on the first day. After mid stay cleaning we got the bedsheets with holes, which is something you don't want to see when you pay the expensive stay as Jospino. Also, our garbage wasn't emptied by the janitor on that day. Bearing in mind the price we felt it's slightly overpriced due to room size, no proper eating table and no kitchen in our apartment.

Excellent position harbourside building. Lovely room with kitchenette and sofa. Triple aspect with great bathroom. Owners very helpful and easily contacted.
Lovely accommodation, but be mindful that Internet patchy and TV German apart from sky news and cnn in English.

Super clean, very cozy, spacious sudio with small
kitchen and fridge. Located in the middle of town.
AC worked perfectly. View is amazing. Everything was great.
There is no free parking. Also public parking lot is
a bit far.

The room was spacious.
Everything was new and clean.
There were no instructions when entering the room; keys, wifi, airconditioning - also a bit challenging to reach personnel.
It was surprising to find clothes in the room left by previous visitors.

The host was very nice and friendly. The location was perfect.

The location is just perfect on the marina close to everything needed (bar, restaurants, supermarket, rental boat, stores). The apartment was clean and neat, with all you need. The room was spacious and with all the comfort. Beautiful view on the port of Mali Losinj.

The only thing I would like to have is a trash bin, the one in the bathroom was too small. Everything else was great!
