My husband and I along with our 8 month son loved our stay at Anna’s place. The location was fantastic - 1 min walk through the boutique sized complex to the beach, seconds to the pool. No stress about getting up early to reserve lounges at either beach or pool. Laila, the property manager was fantastic as well and went above and beyond to set us up with a few baby item rentals. We also opted for grocery service which was also very nice! Our mornings consisted of walking around the corner to our favorite coffee spot, Lemon2Go. The recent renovations of the condo are lovely. We would love to return! Beach location is also fantastic and truly can’t be beat! We’ve stayed at The Grace Bay Club and Seven Stars on previous trips to Provo and VR is now our favorite!

What an amazing property for a vacation! The condo is on an incredible beach. The location is walkable to shopping, restaurants and the local grocery. Overall, the condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet.

This small resort is located on a gorgeous stretch of Grace Bay beach and the water was calm enough to float around and enjoy the gentle waves. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been to have an ocean front unit so we could have had coffee on the lanai in the morning while looking at the gorgeous beach. Regardless this condo was only a couple of minutes from the beach and had a nice pool with some loungers in the shade for the late afternoon when your tired of sun and sand. Condo was clean and the furnishings were in average to good shape. Manager was very responsive and went to amazing lengths to get us some foam pillows for the bed due to my feather allergy. We also had groceries delivered in which was great since we were arriving late in the day. Kitchen is well stocked and made prepping some meals easy so we didn't have to eat out all the time. Location was central but we did rent a car so we could go anywhere we wanted.

I would recommend this property unhesitatingly. Villa Renaissance is a very comfortable and quiet place to spend a few days. The beach is excellent and uncrowded.

My family of four stayed in unit 504 for six days between Christmas and News Years and could not have been happier with our accommodations. This was our first trip to Turks but we have visited several other Caribbean islands and typically stay at the Ritz, but when we saw they did not have availability, we booked this home since it's next to the Ritz and had many five stay reviews. With two teen daughters, having a condo that was in the middle of the shops and restaurants was critical and this was the perfect location just footsteps away from dozens of great coffee shops, breakfast spots, bars and souvenir shops. The unit itself had many of the amenities of home and our hosts, Jay and Anna, were always offering to help during our visit. The staff at the Villa Renaissance are very helpful and keep the place running smoothly even during the busy holiday season. The pool was beautiful but we spent our entire trip on the beach and on the water with various boat and jet ski adventures. Trust the other reviews and don't hesitate to bring your family to this great condo unit.

It was spacious enough for my wife and 2x college age kids. It’s in a great location, directly in the heart of Grace Bay. Several restaurants in walking distance. Plus the property has complimentary bikes to ride around the island. Definitely plan on returning to Villa Renaissance!

Anna’s place was perfect for our stay in Turks and Caicos. She was incredibly responsive leading up to our trip. The unit has a peloton bike which we used and fire sticks in both TVs which were appreciated as well. We also really enjoyed the little touches like the grocery cart, coolers etc. the location couldn’t be more perfect - walking distance from everything. The beach is to die for!

This place was nice, clean and very comfortable. Easy walk to several shops, restaurants and a grocery store so no car needed. They even have bikes there you can borrow. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. The beach was so beautiful, the sand was soft and the water was crystal blue just like you read about. And to top it off the owner was responsive and nice. Thanks Anna!

VR504 is a lovely one bedroom condo at the Villa Renaissance. We have been coming back for almost ten years so obviously we love it there.

Villa Renaissance overall, and specifically unit 504 were perfect for our family of 4. The unit was clean, beautiful, and spacious. The location was fabulous - close enough to walk to several great restaurants, shops, and even a grocery store. The grounds were beautiful and clean. The service people were friendly and helpful. Anna was incredibly helpful and provided a wealth of useful information before and during our trip. We wholeheartedly recommend Villa Renaissance unit 504!

This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos and have to say what an awesome experience we had! Beaches are the most beautiful and the natives were very kind. Villa Renaissance is located in the heart of Grace Bay making it easy to walk to shops and dining. This unit was very clean and offered everything we anticipated. Anna was very responsive from our initial booking through our stay and the management company was available 24/7. A huge shout out to Steve and Novi for their hospitality and kindness. We so appreciated Novi’s assistance in scoring us a last minute reservation at Coco Bistro! Thanks to all involved and hope to return soon!

We really enjoyed this property and it’s amenities. It is lovely and has all the comforts of home. The location is perfect! It’s very close to shopping, dining and the grocery store. Anna, the owner was extremely attentive. Since we hadn’t been to the island before we had some questions and she was super quick to respond. The condo is lovely and well maintained. The staff at the resort were extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time in Turks and Caicos and will definitely return.

It is very petty here and quiet. It is walking distance to many shops and restaurants and to the grocery store. The beach is beautiful. We will definitely come back again.

Villa Renaissance is a beautiful property and this condo offered everything we wanted. The location was perfect for us as we didn’t rent a car, but we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Anna even had a cart to roll to and from the grocery store. That was a really good perk for us. There were also bicycles on the property to borrow. The condo is roomy, well equipped, and well maintained. There is basic cleaning every day and they did a really good job, especially keeping the sand swept away. The bedroom has enough storage space and the bathroom is a good size. The kitchen is also well supplied. I have stayed in many condos and this is the first one that had a gallon jug of bottled water waiting in the frig and other smaller items like salt and pepper! The beach location is wonderful and just a pleasant, short walk past the lovely pool and through the covered walkway that opens up to a spectacular view of the water. I loved it every day. Anna is helpful and prompt to reply to questions. The staff are friendly and helpful. This was my husband’s first trip to the Caribbean and he loved it!
