Grande chambre agréablement décorée, literie confortable, petit balcon. Localisation très proche du centre et du port. Possibilité de parking gratuit dans la rue. Accueil sympathique, Excellent petit déjeuner avec fruits frais, jus d'orange maison et un choix varié de produits locaux, servis à table.

Le chauffage, ou plutôt la climatisation, n'est pas adaptée à la taille de la chambre, qui reste fraîche, ainsi que la salle de bain. Il faisait également froid dans la salle de petit déjeuner.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Pedro took his time to educate us about Portugal wines. This place is amazing BTW if you're a wine lover. Location is excellent! The house is beautiful.

Très belle surprise. Derrière une porte dans une ruelle sans grand cachet se cache un petit bijou ! Plein de charme. Personnel adorable et accueillant. Situation parfaite pour visiter Faro. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de profiter comme il se devrait car nous devions partir à l'aéroport. Chambre et literie top. On a eu la chance d'avoir une des plus belles chambres.

Il n'y a pas de vue ni dégagement sur la ville depuis la chambre.

A quirky property with a great small swimming pool. Amazing breakfast served at the table. Good sized room. Nice internal courtyard near the pool, to sit in the sun or shade. Close to both the bus & train stations. (6-10 min walk) In the old town. Friendly staff

With the bright sun, it was difficult to see the sign for Opus One. Luckily an adjacent property directed me. The lock on our room door was very fiddly to engage, so we were frustrated. The room was too warm to sleep easily as it faced the afternoon sun. The air conditioner did not make any impact on the room temperature overnight. The beds were firm, not normally a problem for me, but the heat exacerbated this. No milk in the room. Also you pay to use the pod coffee machine.

What a gem of place, the staff, the excellent wine and cheese , comfortable bed and sun loungers on the wonderful sunny balcony. Nothing was too much trouble, free parking on the street, 3 minutes walk and you are in the middle of the old town.

Let this comment be the sign you needed for whether you should book this place or not. There’s nothing else in Faro that will give you a better experience than I had. Everything is perfect, exceeded my expectations dramatically! The architecture, the design, the story, the layout, the staff (shout out Diogo), Opus (Big boss 🦮), wine, everythingggggg. The bed swallowed me every night!! Clean is an understatement. Hospitality spectacular. Vibes, pure and warming. This is basically like a Moroccan ‘riad’ but instead with a Portuguese touch. I was skeptical before I booked it because the pictures weren’t telling me what type of accommodation this was other than a “guest house” but I went with my gut and it was the best decision I could’ve made.

Only downside is you need to change your pictures, it doesn’t do justice for what this place really is.
