The villa was perfect for two couples as it was large and arranged like 2 apartments each with their its own entrance. The splash pool was great fun and was heated which we needed as the weather was cooler than usual for this time of year. The nearby restaurants were of a very high standard .

the weather as we expected it to be much warmer. in general, we enjoyed the restaurants. But we visited a very expensive one in Imeroviglia which we found to be very poor value both in terms of food quality and price.

The view, the facilities, the location… everything.

Having a beautiful view made it hard for us to leave and get out and about.

Stunning apartment! Photos don’t do justice...it’s just fab! Very luxurious and comfy interiors. The view is insane. Our host was so attentive and met us at the property at a time that suited and organised a taxi as needed. Would love to stay again.

Only a single sheet for the sofa bed but this was rectified by the second night of our stay. Hairdryer did not work.

Amazing view of the caldera, really breath taking with an infinity pool. The view makes for 90% of the apartment’s value.

Signal from the wifi router only available while sitting next to our neighbor’s door. Literally. The rest of the room had no wifi signal. Since the property is built within the mountain, mobile signal is also unavailable. Stayed two nights without hot water, despite mentioning this to the staff.

If you’re going to stay in firostefani this is a very good location for both uninterrupted views of the ocean and access to most local attractions within a 15 minute walk. We hired both villas and you should note that one is considerably nicer than the other with a two level lay out including a large cave in which you sleep. The pool is perfect if you have booked both villas but it would be slightly small if the other villa was also occupied and you had to share. The pool is not automatically heated but this was not a problem at all with the temperature being above 30 degrees.

By far the biggest draw back is the fact that despite a no entry sign and a rope barrier, tourists are constantly looking over the balcony because this is an excellent spot for photography. However, this is very intrusive if you happen to been in the pool or sunbathing. Two more minor points to note would be that the cave bedroom is actually situated below they alley above and therefore you do hear constant drumming until the early hours. The second observation os the close proximity of the two adjoining hotels with the associated risk of noise. In conclusion we think it’s fair value if you were booking just the one villa but perhaps slightly on the expensive side of you want the entire property exclusively.

The Villa looked exactly like the pictures. The view is breathtaking. The villa’s location is perfect near restaurants and a mini grocery store. In order to reach the villa from the street there are only 20 stair steps which is hardly anything like some properties where you hike down 80 + steps. The walk to Fira is about 15-20 minutes. We had asked for the pool to be heated but didn’t realize that meant it would be like a hot tub, so we asked for heat to be turned off and then the temperature was just right a little chilly but refreshing. The cave like bedroom was a neat experience and it was always cool but because of the moisture it kept clothes and bed sheets damp. I would have given the villa 5 stars but there were a few things that missed the mark. It does have a kitchen but they do not have good quality control in that there were things that were essential to cooking that were missing such as no forks, no cooking utensils like pancake turner,large cooking spoon, dish soap,kitchen towel,sponge etc. we did make them aware and they did supply items. But took 2 days to get dish soap and sponge never did get kitchen towels. We also had problem with safe in that would not work. The directions read that after putting in your code to push A button but there was no A button. We mentioned to the staff when he happened by and he told us that you were to push the # button and it was blinking because it needed new batteries. A few days went by but no replacement of batteries so on a whim I tried it and it worked. So obviously he replaced batteries but didn’t let us know. It would have been nice to heave mentioned it. They will book excursions and private pickup. The rental car agency they picked was very good and accommodating. They did have wrong car a manual instead of automatic. Not sure whose fault it was, the villas or auto rental but the rental agency fixed it right away. We had a very early flight 6:20 am and so had early pickup which they arranged.

BEST Villa & location! Firostefani is in a great spot as it’s not as busy as Fira but still an easy 10 min walk away. There’s good restaurants and bars close by as well. It’s a great area on the Island to get to other attractions. The property is just gorgeous, the pool area is amazing!!! We didn’t want to leave and would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Santorini. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and had some great recommendations. The location is also perfect for watching the sunset!

Even a tiny carton of milk for coffee would have been good Upon cleaning additional toilet paper shampoo conf and wash should be left. We were a family of 4 and we had to use what was initially provided. Normally not a major issue however when paying top dollar this is a given
