Great location in the heart of the Kleinwalsertal. Great views of the mountains. Very easy to get to ski lifts, rental shops, and restaurants. The complimentary visitor card gives access to the bus, which runs frequently. It is even possible to load the lift tickets onto the guest card right at the front desk, which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. And the sauna and wellness room was modern and well equipped. The kitchen was also had everything we needed.

The location: a pretty much level walk of max. 100 meters through the snow to the nearest ski lift (Hubertus lift). The ability to ski back to the building (snow conditions allowing, no problem in February). The close proximity to restaurants and the bus stops of the Walserbus line (100 meters) which give access to the other villages in the Kleinwalsertal. The wellness area with sauna, showers and resting chairs (bath robes and towels provided) was a real bonus after a day's skiing.

It's a pity no breakfast is served for the double rooms which basically are normal hotel rooms but without breakfast or kitchen facilities (however fridge is provided). But we either had breakfast at a nearby bakery (250 meters walking distance) or had some yoghurt with fruit and cereals, which we kept in the fridge in the room.
