We actually ended up in a different apartment to the one booked because when I phoned to ask about patio furniture Cristina told me there wasn´t a patio (even though my confirmation said there was) so she moved us to one which did have one. It was a little further from the centre but met our needs and we would stay there again. Very clean, comfy beds and good aircon.

We would have preferred a walk in shower but having our original booking cancelled at the 11th hour we were limited to what was available.

No outside space, or view. Shower and bathroom tiny and all taps connected in reverse, ie cold on the left, thermostat on water heater set too high. kitchen facilities were poor, no oven, cooker hood lights not working, no dishwasher, no ironing board or clothes dryer. All in all nothing like the description given in the advertising and very poor value for money. There was no convenient place to unload the car on arrival or load on departure without risk.

Good location, kind staff. Very reasonable price

Very uncomfortable mattress, bended, no enough blankets for winter month, lacking light to read next to bed, no bottle opener

The apartment has shutters and it's not too hot even in the summer. The furniture is very basic but relatively modern, IKEA style.

Very old building and poorly maintained. There wasn't a single day when there weren't 2 or 3 cockroaches in the hall and corridors of the building, disgusting. Very small apartments and rooms, no comfort, and no windows facing the street. Strong smell of cooking coming from the other apartments. Despite having paid the cleaning fee and a high price for the apartments, on the day of checkout with all the bags, we were still forced to carry the garbage bags into the containers. Poor quality-price ratio.

Nice area and architecture. The lady which welcomed us was really nice and she has suggested an amazing restaurant close by.

Dirty towels, no soap/shampoo for the shower, the unit door was broken and had to ask the lady to come and fix it (apparently a known issue, so why not fix it instead). Noisy beds due to malfunctioning mattress bases, also not possible to sleep during the night due to people's noise in the hallway (all night long). We left the flat exhausted!

Shower was powerful. Bed OK, Great location. Quiet but right next to the main street with bars and restaurants. Parking close by (paid 4.95 per day) we found space on the street just a short walk along.

All of the photos shown for apartment 1, which is what we'd selected, are not this apartment... Except the 3rd pic of the kitchen. The apartment was much smaller than expected in every room. Plus they'd put in extra chairs not needed for 2. I simply stacked them up in a corner. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable, I think they'd put it together incorrectly as the back was just hard board. I winded myself the first time I sat down! We found a duvet and used that to give some cushioning. No armrests. The main door lock didn't bolt, so we never left any valuables in the place, instead carrying all money cards passport with us everytime we left. It didn't feel secure. The bedroom had a tiny window to a light well. The neighbours left their light on an the flimsy net curtain was not sufficient to make the room dark. The bed was ok, sufficiently comfortable but not great The TV remote had disappeared according to the lady who showed us in. No problem to change channel in the TV by couldn't change language or get subtitles. No coffee machine as advertised, but we found a cafetiere so made do. No mugs but glasses ok instead. No ac as advertised, we didn't need it, but maybe in high summer would be a different matter. Light in bedroom not working. Lack bedside shelves so poorly fitted you dare not use for a beverage!

Low on pans and cooking supplies. The toaster didn't work.

The flat was really clean and comfy!

Someone everyday evening listen really loud music. That was annoing, we cant sleep sometimes. Also in flat was cigarets smell.

The welcome was very good and also the messaging between us and the host was very easy and they answered really fast. The apartment is mold free and no other bad smells either!

Be careful with the night tables, toilet paper arrays and towel hooks. All of them are very very loose. The door to the house sounds like thunder strike every time someone enters the house. This might be a problem for someone who can't sleep if there is noisy. Also the neighbors were quit loud both in the evening and early in the morning. Most of the windows are to the hallway of the building, so that doesn't help the situation. Also there is no kitchen paper available nor cutting boards, so bring your own. The absence of the cutting boards seems quite odd, because they though have a good set of knives. There only one air conditioning machine in the kitchen, so if it's hot, it may not have a very good effect to the bedrooms, at least, if you keep the doors closed.

Comfortable and clean apartment. Perfectly located in the city center with a chep parking nearby.

It had a very bad smell, probably because of the humidity of the city and the building itself
