Superb quiet location on the edge of Lannion Old Town. Quirky property fitted with essentials.

Communications before arrival difficult. Once wifi available became better. Apart from TV and wifi no other equipment instructions found.

A wonderful apartment with a beautiful view. On-site all amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom and dining room. Thanks to great solutions, everything on 60m2 only. A wonderfully glazed building surrounded by greenery. Private car park. The downside is the cleanliness of the facility. You can expect more from the property management. An example is dirty windows, cobwebs, a neglected terrace. Besides, the apartment could use air conditioning. The temperature did not exceed 22⁰ during our stay, but it was quite hot in the room at night. The location of the facility does not allow the terrace window to be opened at night. It seems dangerous. Nevertheless, I recommend it!
