The apartment was very convenient if you’re arriving by train with lots of luggage since it was only a 2 min walk from the main station. It is also a quick walk to many shops and restaurants. The place was very clean and Adrian provided lots of information for us about Zermatt. I would definitely recommend this place!

I can’t recommend Adrian’s apartment enough. It is beautiful, spacious, and in the best location in town. You’re just steps away from shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Getting to any of the slopes is also very easy. Next time I plan a trip to Zermatt I hope it’s available!

We spent Christmas week at Adrian's place in the Bellevue and we could not be happier that we chose this spot! It is perfectly located, a mere 2 minute walk from Migro's market and numerous restaurants and shops were just a few steps away yet the location, just off the main street, felt quiet and private. Everything was clean, the apartment was warm and cozy and had plenty of room for our family and friends (party of 7). Beds were comfortable, shower was great and the peek-a-boo view of the Matterhorn from the deck was a highlight each morning! Adrian was so helpful and responsive to any questions I sent him, a wonderful host. We will cherish our memories of Zermatt and hope to visit again someday, we would definitely stay here again.

After two years of COVID disruption, we finally got to experience this 2020 vacation in 2022. The apartment was perfect for us - 2 grandparents, son and his wife and 15 year-old granddaughter. They had their own 2 BR/Bath suite upstairs as we enjoyed the main level master BR/Bath. Location is just steps away from the main town street and all of the stores/restaurants but very quiet. Each morning the skiers assessed the weather by checking out the tip of the Matterhorn from the balcony. We cooked in some nights and the kitchen was very well stocked for 6 of us. Enjoyed eating out at the many great restaurants all within walking distance. Good location for a nonskier to safely walk and explore the history of this town. Nonskiers can also take the cog railway up the mountain and meet your family for lunch with breathtaking views. Apt also has very stable wifi and good TV options. Host Adrian was very helpful before and during the stay. In the unit, he had many helpful articles about the area. This property is a great choice for your special trip to Zermatt.

This is the second year we spend our ski week in Bellevue apartment. We are always strong satisfied and conquered by the excellence of this rental at all levels (Situation in Zermatt, spacious apartment, excellent comfort, top equipment, etc.). Everything has been made to make you feel at home! Of course, Adrian is the Maestro for all this ! His kindness, his constant concern for the confort of his guests, a communication with him extremely fluid, friendly, instantaneous and continuous throughout the year in order to allow you spending the best holidays without any stress or surprises. Hats off to Adrian! In Zermatt's more than 20 years of memory, it is the best rental and the best interlocutor we ever had. RV is already set for 2023 year. 2024 and next will follow of course! This condo was perfect for our family. It included my husband, me, daughter and her husband, son and his gf. Our children are late 20's early 30's. The location was very close to train station. The village was very walkable. The skiing was very nice, could have used more snow but the temps and views were amazing! Runs are longest we have ever skied. We are from the US and had to do a lot of things to travel during covid but so worth it. Adrian has a lovely place with everything you need for a stay.

All was fine apart from a very noisy air ventilation system that was very disturbing at night in the upper rooms. Otherwise we appreciated the comfortable, new bathrooms and the incredible situation so near to the train and Gornergrat stations. Pleasant living / dining area and fire place. The owner was most helpful and reactive.

Services are first class in transportation and elsewhere. @ Adrian’s apartment we had the ideal home base to explore and enjoy while outside, relaxing and recharging after a day on the slopes, when inside. Scenery mountains surrounding Zermatt are stunning, with the Matterhorn dominating the horizon. The apartment had all we could have asked and the space to make it perfect. Our stay was excellent and we recommend this property unreservedly. As indicated, the location, cleanliness, communication and check-in were excellent. The property is well appointed and feels cozy, even though it is large enough for 6 adults and a couple children. There is a helpful room for storing ski equipment. Grocery stores are nearby. Adrian, the owner, has obviously taken a lot of care and time in outfitting this property for visitors. This was our first time to Zermatt, and this lovely home certainly made it all memorable for our family.

Great experience renting this apartment! The apartment is spacious and a very short walk to drop the kids off for ski school. The building is quiet and yet so close to everything! The owner is very friendly and helpful for all your Zermatt questions too :)

This was our third time in Zermatt and I feel like we found the best place to stay and be able to relax. Adrian’s apartment in Zermatt is a gem. A very short walk from the train station, very easy to find, and location cannot be more convenient to explore the town, go for long walks, ski or hike. The place is beautiful and you have everything you need and more. It is lovely to sit in the balcony on the evenings and just have quiet peace. It was spotless when we came in and so comfortable to stay at. We cooked every night as with COVID, restaurants were not really opened, this was very enjoyable at the apartment, making it for cosy evenings relaxing after skiing. COOP, bakeries and coffee shops are a stone throw away from the apartment. Very easy ski access by bus or taxi since you are staying across from the Gronegrat station and a bus or taxi ride from all the other ski gondolas. Adrian was wonderful. He is the easiest host we have had the pleasure to work with. Everything was throughly explained and the emails with information were very clear. He called us a few times before arriving to make sure we understood everything about arriving in Zermatt and the apartment logistics. He pointed a few important things, like reserving a parking space in Täsch, that we hadn’t thought about. All in all I highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to get away to Zermatt and have the flexibility of your own comfortable place with the choice of cooking a meal or going out which these days is even more important. Another point is that Adrian allowed us to bring our dogs to the flat which was wonderful. We had plenty of space for the crate for them to sleep in and were able to manage all the logistics of bringing the crate with ease thanks to his instructions and the conveniently located apartment in regards to the station. You definitely cannot go wrong staying in this apartment. It will make your experience in Zermatt amazing.

This is by far one of the best experiences I have had with a property manager. Adrian was great! After I booked the reservation he called and emailed me to discuss our trip and help with our planning needs. He also emailed me very detailed information on the property. Finding the property and checking-in was seamless. The property is in a great located just off the main street. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a short walk. I felt very safe walking at night. The ski lifts were also very easily accessible. The property itself is beautiful and exceeded my exceptions from the pictures. The bathrooms were newly renovated. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water for everyone. In the bedrooms, the linens felt luxurious. Our favorite part was sitting in front of the beautiful fireplace. This was a great stay!

We had a great stay at the apartment despite very poor snow conditions in Zermatt. The space is not fancy but has everything 4 adults and 2 kids need for a very comfortable stay. The newly renovated bathrooms are excellent as is the fireplace. The location is perfect. You can walk your luggage straight to the apartment from the train station. Zermatt is so small that everything else is easily walk-able except the Matterhorn Express Gondola which you can get a cab or a close bus ride to. The pictures of the apartment show exactly what you will get if you rent it.

This property was close to train station. Beautiful apartment in great location. Well equipped and comfortable unit newly renovated but still had plenty of charm! Our host Adrian was extremely helpful and responsive. Gave us many wonderful suggestions to enjoy Zermatt. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Adrian was an exceptional host and the property was perfect for our family of four (a 5 year old and 5 month old) and two grandparents. The apartment was ideally located right off the Main Street (literally 40 feet off). Adrian made everything easy and provided helpful info for getting around town. If we ever make it back to Zermatt we will definitely stay here again.

A home away from home. Travelling from Australia with 3 kids was an undertaking, but Adrian’s apartment was perfect! Warm and cosy but spacious. A fully functioning kitchen and laundry was much appreciated. All bathrooms newly renovated and pristine! We made good use of the fondue set- cheese and chocolate, mind you we may have used too much Kirsch!! Skiing was fantastic. Spectacular weather with views of the Matterhorn were just stunning. Wolli Park is great for beginners and the kids. We all graduated to the pistes which had stunning views. Kids were 11,9 and 7 years. The village was great to wander through. Museum was worth a visit and we kept stumbling into Stefanie’s creperie!! All in all a fantastic family holiday. Would definitely stay in Adrian’s apartment again- it was perfect!

Very close to the train station and in the heart of the city! Our host made the place very easy to find when walking from train station. The apartment was perfect for our family vacation. It was my bucket list to ski with my 79 year old father in the Swiss Alps. The ski rental was close as was the grocery store. If I ever go back I would rent this apartment again! Amazing place to visit!

Adrian’s apartment is centrally located and is perfectly located to explore the beautiful village of Zermatt. The apartment itself is large and has all the amenities you need with three bathrooms, large bedrooms,a log burner and a long balcony overlooking the mountains. I can highly recommend this apartment and Adrian is very knowledgable about the area providing advice and tips.

Very, very nice, clean, tidy, Super location. Close to train station, grocery store, ski rental. Adrian sent info in advance that was extreamly helpful. Ski room was a great place to leave skis, boots, poles Could not do better for a ski week. We were there with our two grand daughters who each had their own room!

We had 7 days in Adrian’s apartment and it was fantastic. Better than the photos! There were 5 of us - three teenagers included, and there was so much room for us all! Kitchen very well set up if you want to stay in after a day of skiing. Comfortable living area and dining area was very Swiss! So close to train station, ski hire places, ski lifts, restaurants and shops. Great supermarkets, wine stores, butchers and bakeries! Adrian was a wonderful host. His instructions and information about Zermatt was up to date and extremely thorough. As for Zermatt, perfection! Coming from Australia, we were blown away by the snow and length of runs. If you are considering booking this property for your stay in Zermatt, please don't hesitate....as the slogan goes, "Just do it!" Adrian's property truly feels like a home away from home and was the perfect accommodation for our week long stay in the beautiful village of Zermatt. This was not our first time visiting here, but we can say without reservation it was our best! Adrian's apartment certainly contributed mightily to this factor. We were a party of 5, my husband and myself, our two sons and daughter in law. We were here to share the lovely village and do some (outstanding!) hiking with our family. We had previously stayed in some outstanding hotels but in all honesty they could not compare with the feeling of home that this apartment provides. Plenty of space...we had the downstairs bedroom with its own bath and shower and access to the superb, large balcony. Amazing amount of storage space, fantastic water pressure. Very comfortable bed and we slept very soundly indeed! Our sons and daughter in law used the two upstairs bedrooms which share a large bathroom. In addition there is a half bath in the downstairs. Outstanding layout! The kitchen was excellent with anything one could possibly want for cooking. I primarily fixed breakfast in and we ate dinners out, but if you prefer to eat in you will indeed find all you need in this well equipped kitchen. Three!!!! Ways to make coffee including a pod machine, drip coffee maker and a kettle! The dining area is absolutely lovely as is the large sitting area with very comfortable couches and chair. Huge furnished balcony with a view to the top of the Matterhorn! The location is perfect, so close to the train station as well as the Coop and Migros for shopping....incredibly convenient. The building has elevator access as well, handy for luggage. Of course there are also amazing restaurants as well literally out the door to Bellevue. We appreciate the book that Adrian had put together and tried a few new spots that we hadn't tried before, with great dinners as a result. I would like to mention that Adrian's communication throughout was simply, perfectly, amazing. You will never find better instructions and information than he provides for check in, location, etc.. In addition he was available easily if a question popped up. Super. We did not want to leave this Home away from home in Zermatt and have already recommended this spot to family and friends! Much Thanks to Adrian, we can't wait to return!

Bellevue has everything you want for a trip to Zermatt. It is a short walk from the train station but in a quiet part of town. You have a fully equipped kitchen and the layout of the apartment is comfortable and convenient. The balcony has a distant view of the Matterhorn and close view of the valley slopes. The owner is very helpful in suggesting activities in Zermatt or responding to questions. A great place for your trip to Zermatt and highly recommended.

If you're looking for a sleek, modern, minimal apartment, this one is not for you. However, if you want somewhere comfortable and cosy to chill-out after a great day of skiing, then I highly recommend it. The apartment is warm with good sized bedrooms and all the practical amenities you need. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the apartment is big enough for 6 adults to dine and relax comfortably. It's conveniently located right in the heart of the town centre, one street back from the main street. (We noticed no street noise, despite its town-centre location.) It's a five-minute walk from the station which not only makes not arrival and departure days easy, but makes getting up onto the slopes a doddle. The ski-bus departs from right outside the Gornergrat station but we found the Gornergrat railway the quickest, most relaxing option to get up on to the mountain. Whilst the décor may be a little dated for some tastes, we found the apartment to be charming and full of character - beautifully clean, warm and cosy. It had everything we needed. Piping hot showers and baths (with great water pressure) were appreciated by everyone after long days of skiing. We cooked, enjoyed family meals in comfort at the spacious dining table, watched films and played some of the board games provided. Very convenient for eating out too. Adrian, the owner and host provided a wealth of useful information that was also most appreciated. We certainly hope to return.......
