the location, the decor and the whole house was wonderful.

it wasn’t very clean. the cleaner had not checked the key was there (it wasn’t). Took us over an hour to locate her and then when she turned up she said she’d had a ‘shitty day’. And then asked us to strip the beds when we left to help there. We did that but the house was not very clean and I suspect she’d rushed through it and cut corners. We were not very impressed by her and, IMO she let the owners down who have a beautiful house.

Seating at the dinning table very low cushions/pads,would be good Key safe difficult to open-needs up dating? Neither number was answered ,concerning the shower or the key,but the owner responded ,thankfully I also sent an email regarding leaving the key-could not open the safe and had to post it through the door-which I realised would be a problem for the next guests-apparently the email was not opened.It was not possible to communicate with the person on the spot

Beautiful views of the estuary, nicely decorated and the house is a close walk to heart of the village. Lovely walks, great pubs, We had a lovely week of weather that just made the week.
