It has a stunning view. Well laid out. Lots of room and privacy. If we were to stay here again, we would take the train and hire a driver. Amore was very helpful in helping arrange transportation. Alex was very welcoming. Our only complaint was it could have been cleaner, but that may be a cultural thing. We would recommend this property.

This is a beautiful, very spacious villa with incredible views. The direct access to the beach is fantastic and only 10 minutes from the marina and its amenities. We greatly enjoyed our stay there. The only thing less pleasant is the parking. Many motorbikes and cars park anywhere without being allowed in front of the private parking

Despite many excellent VRBO experiences, we never checked into this property and have been unable to reach the management. We found this property in such appalling shape an so different from its listing that we found another place to stay at the very last minute and left. We had to change plans completely for this trip as a result. We are requesting a full refund for this stay through VRBO. --The property was not anything like it was described in the listing --There was garbage strewn around the front doorway, chicken bones, old food, and open garbage bags --The property smelled moldy and foul --The person who met us, Francisco, was dismissive of our concerns, then became angry, then became very aggressive, including to our children, and drove off without resolution after he understood that we would not check in to the property --When we asked if the garbage could be cleaned up or if he had a broom, he simply pulled a broom from the closet and left it leaning against a wall for us to clean up the garbage with --Fransisco's tour of the property began with him telling us that we may have trouble with the electricity, and if we did we should check the electrical panels --One of the toilets was full of hair and had not been cleaned --There were dozens of mosquitoes inside the property --Light bulbs were missing from lamps --The air conditioning in two of the rooms did not work --There was a chair in the living room with no cover on it, just cushion foam --The tiny parking space was not possible to park our vehicle in A disaster. The worst experience we could imagine.

This Villa was exactly what we expected! It was beautiful

It was a great place to stay. Right on the beach, clean house, very spacious, convenient. Johnny was very helpful.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this villa in Massa Lubrense. GREAT location away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy crowds, but close enough to get places. Though the place could use some updating, beds not too comfortable,and shower heads need replacing.... we really loved being there!! The views breath taking!!! Short walk on the water front to the marina where you will find a couple restaurants and markets. Angelo’s a MUST!! Wonderful family owned place!!! I highly recomment this place, and would love to go back again!!! Oh.... bring watershoes, the water BEAUTIFUL, but lots of rocks!!

Lots of stairs, bedrooms are downstairs, kitchen needs to be updated, lots of broken tiles on the stairs, exactly 1 bath towel per person, had to request extra towels many times, property manager went out of his way to get us the things that were lacking in the unit(bath towels, coffee maker, toaster). living room furniture uncomfortable and needs to be updated, bedrooms comfortable. hard to get to, better have a car...

The house is very nice and comfortable for families. Great view and location. The lower level to access the beach could be cleaner. We had no gas and couldn't prepare breakfast, they provided gas that same morning. Internet was very bad and had NO WIFI for 2 days. Other than these two inconveniences everything else was fine.
