With our 3 children, we could not sleep one morning of all our holidays in Palermo. We were woken up every day at 6:40 am by the ballet of trucks, cars disembarking from the ferry, by microphone calls in Italian, French, German. The announcement also does not specify that the house is bordered on one side by the pier (and it does not overlook the port) and on the other by a 5-lane road. This situation makes any rest impossible in this rental. We went home so tired that we had to take a week off to recover from this stay. The communication was extremely complicated with the owner, who was immediately intractable, refusing to refund us when we told her our intention to leave the house.

The apartment is on the edge of the city and it's easy to walk to the main parts of Palermo. It's also easy to get to the main roads if you're driving out of the city. The apartment is secure (we paid extra for the car parking in the inner courtyard), big and spacious with air con in the three bedrooms. There is plenty of comfortable seating. Casa in zona molto tranquilla con possibilità di trovare e lasciare macchina sotto casa agevolmente . Abitazione bene organizzata ed attrezzata di tutto quanto necessita in cucina abitabile , stanze da letto spaziose e comode indipendenti da bagni e cucina , stanza da pranzo e salotto comodi con proprietari molto accoglienti e colmi di attenzioni che con comodità abitano al piano superiore del Palazzo in condominio molto tranquillo e silenzioso . Luogo ideale per vacanza in città a 10 minuti a piedi dal Teatro Massimo , Teatro Politeama e centro storico e non solo perchè con la autovettura ci si trova nel perimetro della zona Ztl molto comodo per andare agevolmente fuori città .
