My family and I stayed here over Christmas and it fit all 18 of us perfectly! There were 5 families (my siblings and I) that all had room to enjoy the house! It is outdated a bit, definitely issues in the home that shouldn’t have been our concern, but became it when water started leaking through the basement ceiling after someone drained the bath in the master bedroom. It was fixed (on Christmas) but we couldn’t use the master bath the rest of the trip. Trash was a big issue, we had 18 people for 8 days (9 of which are little kids and most are still in diapers) and trash wasn’t picked up once while we were there. Overall, the location to skiing and the gondola were awesome, the heat worked beautifully and everyone could control their own areas. Views were breathtaking and beds were comfortable!

This house was great for our large multi-generational group. Lots of space for all ages. Only complaint was the dishwasher wasn’t installed properly and nearly came out of the wall when opening. This became a pain point when doing dishes for 16 after every meal. Noticed this was complained about before so hopefully. Is the property management team will replace. Otherwise, great location and amenities.

This was the perfect set up for us - everyone agreed it could not have worked better for our group that arrived from all over. Unforgettable memories of so many special moments. The management company could not have been more responsive. Thank you.

A spacious first floor for everyone to be able to eat together, and a finished basement with a pool table, and large tv area, (which we were so busy it never got turned on!). Outside patio was so much fun to sit around in the evenings! The kitchen was amazing, very well stocked to cook just about anything you wanted. We did white water rafting, rented razors to drive trails up a mountain, hiked up the ski hills, walked into Breckinridge to shop and have dinner, and drove to beaver creek for Fourth of July festival. Every day was an adventure! We had one very small maintenance issue, which was fixed within a couple hours of our text to them.

The layout of the house was nice. Tons of space. The location was good. You are higher up on the mountain. Overall the place is pretty dated. The kitchen had some issues - dishwasher doesn't seem to be installed properly. Vent for the stove didn't work. The grill was unusable because it was so filthy. We couldn't get it to stop flaming so shut if off after 20 minutes. There is a family of foxes living underneath and around the house which we were not made aware of. We had two small dogs and it was very difficult to take them out with hungry foxes waiting in the driveway every morning and evening. Also if you have small children it would be very concerning. There was no groomed grass where we could take our dogs out either. Pool table in the basement was unusable. It doesn't fit properly in the space. The basement also had a noticeable musty smell but at least they had air filters running. The basement has two nice updated bathrooms, but would be nice if the main floor and second story bedrooms had updated bathrooms as well. Overall the place was OK and plenty of space for us, but for the price point it should have been really nice, well-maintained, and immaculate. In our opinion it was way too expensive and our expectations were much higher based on the price point.

I was very impressed with the house and the people I dealt with were very professional and helpful.

I’ve stayed at many VRBO and other BNB properties. I have never seen such an unclean house. Hair all in the tubs and on shower walls, dirty rags from previous guests left hanging on fixtures. Hair found between the sheets. Although the heat in the house was set to 60 degrees, the radiant heat in the floors was so hot that it made it unbearable at close to 80 degrees, my kids were feeling sick. When I called maintenance, I was told to turn it down more and open windows. If this was happening to mine, I would want to know immediately.

The house was perfect for 20 people. It had plenty of linens, towels and extra pillows. It is slightly outdated compared to the pictures online and the second refrigerator never worked. That definitely needs to be fixed since the house can accommodate so many people. Otherwise we had a great stay and would consider staying there again.

We all had a lovely time . The kitchen was very adequate for meals all of us and 2 big tables for seating. Lots to do for my 14 grandchildren ages 1 to 21. Fun taking gondolas into town for shopping and they all enjoyed the hot tub after hikes. Thank you for a beautiful week in Breckenridge!

The minor issues were: weeds growing in the front of the house; the exterior front door handle was inoperable; and, despite us shocking the hot tub after every use, the water turned on our last day there (most likely due to the floating chlorinator not having any chlorine tablets in it). The house instructions state that someone would come by to check the balance of the water for any parties staying at least five days, yet no one came.

Called and they came back to fix that. Carpeting off front entrance lifted and the tacking strips were exposed. We just covered it with an area rug. Tons of clutter in the garage. Hair on bathroom floors. Steam shower was broke. Just not my idea of clean. On a positive note there was plenty of room for our family of 10 with an infant and a two-year-old

The house was great and closely located to peak 8 - not true ski in or ski out but short walk or less than 2 min drive to base. We had some unexpected maintenance issues that came up during the trip but the mngt company abruptly handled without having to relocate us. Plenty of space for 7 groups. Loved the hot tub and used it nightly. Plenty of garage parking. Would stay here again.
