The location of the house was perfect for a short walk to the beach with our 3 and 5 year old grandkids. The open kitchen and dining made family meal time enjoyable. The deck and pool area provided sun and shade throughout the day. Jesse was very responsive to any concerns we had. The listing doesn’t mention the downstairs is not accessible from inside the house. The master bath water pressure was very low. There were a few minor things that could be fixed that would make this house perfect, but our stay was very enjoyable.

Great location! Short walk to an uncrowded beach. We had a couple hiccups with check-in, however. Keys were not left at the property and we had to contact VRBO directly to resolve the issue because the property manager on the listing did not respond. I did hear back from another property manager, however, and he was very helpful. The only other complaints would be that the pool cleaner did not show up and the trees around the pool shed a lot of debris. Also, there is no indoor access to the downstairs from the upstairs so you have to walk outside to get between the two levels. I give this place 4 stars because I couldn't have asked for a better location and the pool area was like a private oasis. Excellent neighborhood as well. Overall we had a good stay.

Pros: •The house had a great location with a quick walk to a public beach access. •There were a bunch of beach toys and chairs to use as well as a wagon to get them all down to the beach. •The pool was nice and the kids really enjoyed it •The home was a perfect size for our family •There was a pack N play there for use. •Each room had a ceiling fan. •There was a grill was nice to have. Cons: •The fridge was leaking from the bottom so the kitchen floor was always wet. •The shower in the master bathroom did not have much for water pressure. •Many lights were either missing light bulbs or did not work altogether. •One of the shower doors was broken. • The bathroom sink did not have warm water. • Both the wine fridge and the freezer need to be defrosted. •It is listed that there are sleeper sofas, both of which were broken. •The patio door was broken and difficult to open. •The patio railings were broken which was a terrible hazard for our family with small children. •The overall cleanliness of the home was very poor when we arrived. •The window air conditioner’s were Full of mold. •The down stairs smoke detectors were taken down, and put in a cabinet.

Attentive owner, nice outdoor amenities, close to the beach, plenty of space

The location of the house was a short walk to the beach. Publix grocery store was just down the road. The pool was an awesome bonus to have when you didn’t want to go to the beach. The home had 5 bedrooms which gave everyone their own space. We had an awesome family vacation. The owner was easy to communicate and responded quickly when we had sny question or a problem.

Had our annual family vacation here. Plenty of room for four families with young children. Location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of pool and beach paraphernalia in garage. Overall we had a great time. We all agreed, however, the house could use some updating and maintenance. The beds and couch need to be updated. The couch sagged in back and there were exposed staples on top where the back was pulling away. Everyone complained about their uncomfortable bed. The house also had some maintenance problems. Refrigerator leaked from the bottom. We had to buy light bulbs to replace a number of burnt out or missing bulbs. Very low water pressure especially in master shower. Shower door off track in the other shower. Musty odor in lower lever. Improved with dehumidifier and A/C on but never really went away. Unable to regulate hot tub/ pool temp. Loose railing slats on back stairway. Overall, I felt the house was dirty when I arrived. Even the coffee pot had still had a thick brown film left from previous uses.

Floors were not clean and one of the showers had bad water pressure. Nice to have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on the same floor. The property needs a little TLC. The spa never got warmer than 87. The owner was responsive about issues but the pool people never did get it fixed the 18 days we were there. The location works great for short walking trips to the beach and only a 3 minute drive to Publix.

So many good things to say about this home. Communication from Jesse was timely and all necessary info was provided for a smooth check in . Location of home is mid island close to trolley stop and very short walk to beach. The layout of the home was ideal for my family. We enjoyed the pool table and loved the tropical feel of the pool and backyard. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, wagon, kitchen supplies are provided. I would definitely stay again if we return to Ft Myers Beach next year.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! Upon arrival we had a little hiccup with the key not being where it was specified to be, but Jesse got right back to us when I messaged and we located it quickly. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, even our 2 year old was able to walk there and back without any trouble. We absolutely loved the pool and spa and spent hours and hours in the back yard area. The downstairs was perfect for our teens to stay up late playing pool and watching TV. Our group of 10 was very comfortable staying here.

Did not get to play pool all stocks were broken , also pull out couch in basement was broken

Homeowner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. He was super nice and I would rent from him again. Neighborhood was nice and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. The trolley was not reliable. It never came when it was supposed to. That made going anywhere difficult but we did Uber. The house is nice but could use a few updates. Some things are kind of beat up and the pool needed swept but over all it was a great house. The pictures of the basement area make it look much nicer than it actually is. We enjoyed our stay with those things being said

I can't express how overall happy I was with the experience we had at "Sweet Dreams". There was a small hiccup with the initial visit , but Jesse responded quickly and that was resolved. I stayed here with my family (mid20s-early 50s). The house was only 2 blocks from the beach, and there were a lot of beach towels/toys at the house. We were south of all of the traffic on the main road, so we could avoid it if need be. The house was exactly what we were looking for! Thank you Jesse and company for the great experience!

Everything was as it says it was in the description. Jesse was very quick to address any needs we had. The walk to the beach was very manageable and short and this was a beautiful beach. The pool and spa were great!

Overall the property was exactly as described. We had three families with kids ages 12-17. The downstairs area was perfect for the kids to hang out, play pool, watch TV and sleep. The upstairs rooms and bathrooms were very nice and the sofa bed worked well for one of the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we ate in a few nights and breakfasts. We loved the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach was easy and very convenient. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at this house again.

It was so nice to have a home large enough for our family and provide all the amenities needed for a week stay. It was wonderful to be able to walk around the corner to the beach or relax in the comfort of your own backyard.

We had a wonderful week at the property. Owner was very responsive to the one problem we had. House was very clean. We will hopefully be back next year.

Lovely outdoor space and the pool table kept adults and kids occupied. We love staying here and hope to be back again.

Year 5 for us staying at the beach house....just a few minor things !!! 1. The Gate on the left side of the house is about to completely fall off ( it was that way prior to my arrival ) 2. Toilet in the master bath kept continually running all week 3. termites/ bugs found along the window sills in the down stairs bedroom. 4. Base boards in the bedroom downstairs very wet from excessive rain during the week ( possible water leakage )

We had 4 families staying at the house with plenty of room! The walk to the beach was so quick. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub area as well as the downstairs and pool table. We had trouble with the air conditioning not working and the property manager got someone out to us quickly to fix it. We would definitely stay here again.

House is in a great location! Very short walk to an I crowded stretch of beach. Backyard pool/hot tub is amazing. The downstairs was perfect for our teenagers. The house exceeded our expectations.

Easy walk to the beach. Would stay here again. Too bad Estero was a traffic nightmare! Four of the five beds in the house gave for some serious back aches. New mattresses would be amazing. The pool was gorgeous. It would be nice if the basement shower was a little larger. Also it was inconvenient that the basement wasn’t attached to the upstairs and the working dryer was in the garage instead of the laundry area.

Everything was like home. Almost a resort with small amenities like little soaps! It was such a close walk to the beach, to bring the beach chairs and umbrella. Very quiet and private. We loved it!
