Absolutely beautiful 😍. Location fantastic, right in the middle of the old town. Beautiful surroundings. Beatriz was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had booked the breakfast, but were having to leave at 8am to drive to the airport: the breakfast was only available 9am-1030am so we couldn't avail of it.

Beautiful view from our window of countryside with mooing cows. Location is quiet, but only a two minute walk into the town. Beatrix was super helpful with suggestions and seems to really enjoy what she does. Spotlessly clean room.

Optional breakfast was a bit expensive at 11 Euros for what you get, but really convenient to have before heading out. Very good coffee though. Bathroom lighting was a bit dark.

Very close & walkable to the center of Santillana del Mar. 5 minute drive to Altamira or 20 minute walk (3km). Breakfast at 9am. Great check-in process and staff. Ample parking. Updated bathroom. Comfortable bed.

I had the room directly in front of reception desk and could hear everyone coming and going. As would be true for most buildings of this age, it had a bit of a musty smell.

Good location…comfortable beds…basic but good cold breakfast.

Too many single beds in room…four in total and took up space. we only needed two! No room or other facilities to make tea/coffee. Nobody there to meet us…had to collect key from laundry! Town too tourist-centric therefore out of season only a small number of restaurants open in the evening!

Beatriz gave such a happy and friendly welcome, we felt pleased to be checking in. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable and the on-site parking a real benefit. The Posada is ideally located with easy access. It is a personal preference but I found the bed just a little to hard, but it was only I night. There were 3 beds available and I didn't try the others. A great stop overnight in an incredible village.

Owners were away but we have stayed before and they left everything for us to check in ourselves. Everything very well organised. Great location less than 5 minutes walk to everything
