We booked for 2 rooms with bathtub however only one room is equipped with it.

I stayed at the hotel a few years back (before COVID) and I had a pleasant stay. However, this time round the room I got was much smaller. Although it seems newly renovated, the shower facilities were faulty. The staff who handled my check in was rather rude. She stated my nationality wrongly and I had to correct her. And although I had made the correction, they still write my nationality wrongly on the receipt I received during check out.

The hotel is old and little outdate, the room we were assigned the bathroom was smelly, but they were able to accommodate us the other room with the view of the Taipei Main Station. We`re greatly appreciated for that gesture. We didn`t purchase the breakfast neither we dined in the hotel, so we can`t commend on the food, because the food outside the hotel was so convenience and a lot cheaper. The location is excellent, easy access to the MRT subway and bus stations.

We were lucky enough to win the drawing from Taiwan Government to give away NT $5000.00 travel vouchers to foreign tourists. But we were very disappointed come to find out the hotel Caesar Park Taipei did not participate in the program, but other Caesar Park Hotels nearby Taipei were in program. The voucher only used for the hotel stay, therefore we end up wasting the NT $5000.00. Beside the location, the facilities and service are just above the average. This is the reason why we are not going to stay in this hotel again.

upkeep of room, the room is like being updated in 3 different stages, one is 1980s, then come late 90s, then its the 21st century very poor bathroom, broken, in the 1980s

The location is the best. It's just few meters away from Taipei Main station. There's an entrance to the MRT station right beside the hotel and an exit to the hotel. It's very close to the main attractions, restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores.

The bathroom needs some renovation. It's clean but the tub shows marks of aging.

We stayed here twice over the past two weeks. We had a good sized room facing the main railway station (which is linked by subway) on the first two nights and we were upgraded to a junior suite for a subsequent three nights. Both rooms were clean, comfortable and generally quiet. In spite of facing a main street, there was little traffic noise (but for some reason, some guests find it acceptable to shout in the corridors). The buffet breakfast on floor 2 had a good selection of hot and cold items as well as cereals, tea and coffee. We also used the buffet for dinner on two occasions. Again, the food available was good, kept at a good temperature; and some reasonable wine was included in the price. There seemed to be no limit on the amount one could eat.

A place keeper is used to indicate occupied tables but the staff still managed to clear our table of two full cups of coffee, juice, and bread while we collected more breakfast items.

it was a really convenient location for travel around Taipei and from other cities. Right on the doorstep of the main Train station.

The staff at reception were not friendly nor helpful.

Location Location Location. It's connected to Taipei Main Station by subway exits, so entry/exit Taiwan is made convenient as your first and last stop. Food, shopping, conveniences are all within a stone throw's walk. Depending on your booking, some rooms faces the magnificent Taipei Main Station building. Being connected also means you get to travel the Taipei Metro MRT right at your door step.

The hotel is very conveniently located opposite to Taipei Main Station, which makes travelling easier. I love the wide variety of food served during breakfast. All the hotel staff were very courteous and professional

I stayed in the Metro room for 6 nights. The room, though well-function, lacked in cleanliness. The bathtub and screens were moldy. I look forward to some improvement in terms of cleanliness when I next stay in the hotel.

Nice, clean spacious room. Just next to the Taipei Station which is really convenient for travellers. Check-in was efficient. We had the room overseeing the Taipei Station which looked beautiful in the evening.

Room was a bit cold in January. Temperature never exceeded 20 degree Celsius although we adjusted the air-conditioning temperature to the highest.

Excellent location. Very clean and spacious room. The thoughtful staff arranged two neighbouring rooms with excellent view of Taipei Station for my family. Really appreciate it.

The room was cold and always at twenty degree Celsius although I tried to adjust the temperature of the air-conditioning to above 20 degree Celsius. No big deals as I had enough warm clothing.
