Perfect condition , very helpful staff , very good restaurant, good choice if you are travelling with your kid .

Everything was perfect …

the food at breakfast and dinner was very good and the staff were freindly. I liked the ski hire shop and the kids area

the room was boiling. we were sleeping with all windows open in february!!!! that cooled us down but the noise of the snow ploughs all night kept us awake. the room temperature was talked about by other guests it was far too hot.

Don’t recommend ! Very noisy , no soundproof walls!!! The rooms are one of the smallest and wired shapes that gives you anxiety! The restaurant staff wasn’t great at all ! Sometimes we had to wait 20-30min to have a table (but there were a lot of empty tables waiting for favourite customers …felt a bit racisms here) . We’ve been ordered in a few nights wine and they brought the wine without the glasses (each time ) ! The breakfast is crap (sour milk plus not so many choices ) Ski shop was the only friendly place , the guys here been very friendly ! I don’t recommend at all this hotel ! Way to expensive for what they offer !! P.S . we are a high level travel family …so this is not our first trip and we are not fussy at all ! The resort is lovely !

Breakfast was the same everyday. Would be nice to have some variety in the cooked breakfast. @20€/person /day a good variety should be expected.
