Professional friendly staff, smartly dressed 👍Nice clean rooms, ours with some view on the sea and the Livorno port, lift available. We were truly satisfied with the location of the hotel, close to the sea area so called lungomare, Terrazza Mascagni, cafes , restaurants, a fantastic Aquarium, a supermarket and historical monuments. If we come for the next Mascagni Festival, we'll certainly choose Boston.

It would be nice to find bottle of mineral water on arrival into the room, missing one small armchair, towels were fresh and exchanged on the next day (during room cleaning) but they were smelling vinegar (probably to make them soft)

Excellent and friendly staff. Close enough to restaurants and the center.

Very noisy, we cut short our stay as I did not sleep for 2 nights due to baby in the room next to us and the paper walls. Even though the shutters were closed, the noise from outside was horrible as well. The shower was worse than every hotel I've been at before, it barely worked.

Staff was wonderful. Loved the location.

we booked a standard double room, but they gave us a tiny single room for the price of a double, which is even difficult for two to enter. in the bathroom, the bidet was located right in the shower - probably the owner of the hotel thinks it's more convenient. It would be nice if he lived there. breakfast is poor and they give it to you as a set. never here again
