L'accessibilité - une partie du personnel plutôt sympathique, hormis le service repas.
Équipements défectueux - bouilloire - télé - portes qui ferment mal.
Trous de poignées de porte dans les murs - ambiance fumeur dans des chambres non fumeur.
Qualité des plats a revoir rapidement.

Gros souci d'insonorisation avec la chambre voisine surtout quand ils prennent une douche à minuit 😒 impression d'être dans notre propre salle de bain !
Le lit d'appoint à changer ! Pas pratique de le récupérer sous le lit double.
Pas de prise près du lit et une seule au niveau de la table, un peu compliqué quand on doit brancher 2 téléphones portables !

This hotel is shabby and needs to be refurbished from scratch; rotten doors, cracked sinks, and not so clean.

The room was small with very little access from one side of the bed. Door would only shut by using force.

Evening meal poor and overpriced. The hotel, as a whole, is tired and needs updating. Staff in the evening were surly. Toilet seat in room loose.

Friendly staff. Great location near the main road, so excellent place to stop for the night. Nice supper in the restaurant & good breakfast. Kettle in the room. Lots of hot water. Free parking. Basic place but value for money, and perfect for one night.
Not a big deal but only one socket in the room and one in the bathroom (not easy to charge phones overnight etc)

The building looks tired and needs an update. However dont let the look of it stop you booking!

thought the car park was bigger, arrived with a trailer , no real place to park, had to improvise across 4 bays, not sure that this couldn’t be made aware on booking site because the way I ended up parking could have been restrictive for others (we were late so probably didn’t matter)

We liked the room, and location was ok, and breakfast was good with a wide selection
My husband could not eat his meal, as it was a supermarket frozen pizza which was wet! I ordered chicken in mustard sauce, this was good but the potatoes were also frozen wedges & some were raw! Not a pleasant meal & very expensive for what we had.

The key thing about Campaniles is they are reliable and cheap. Always a bit tired but clean, well provisioned and the restaurant is OK. Great value! The motel style parking is always easy.
Location was a bit out of the way but that was expected.

We chose this hotel because it was near to the main road. It's perfect for a stop overnight. We ate in the restaurant on arrival and the pizza was great! It's basic but fine for a roadside stop.
Not that much sounfproofing, we could hear the people upstairs!

Extremely convenient location close to the Autoroute. Very comfortable bed.
The grounds were rather untidy & overgrown and the rooms could do with a makeover.

The Staff were pleasant and service was good. The room was clean.
The whole thing felt a bit "run down". The rooms need decorating urgently. They were clean but not particularly attractive. The toilet seat was loose, a very minor point but it must have been like that when it was cleaned.

Great location for breaking up our journey, very close to the highway. Everything was fine, the staff were friendly & the breakfast was good. Plenty of (free) parking.
The room was 'tired' but absolutely fine for a stopover.

It was very nice to have a kettle and some teabags etc. in the room, and the desk in the room was of a good size. The room and bathroom were clean. The reception staff were very nice. There was plenty of space to park the car, and we got a ground floor room which made it easy to bring the luggage inside.
The room was a bit small - we didn't have much space to walk around once the luggage was inside, and on one side the bed was right against the wall and there was no nightstand. The room and bathroom also felt a bit dated and like they could do with a refresh.
