This hotel has always been a jem in the skirts of the Alps, but now it is even better. All renewed and beautifuly designed. The staff is as always right on spot, very proffesional and polite. Free parking at the property. Perfect location with gorgeous views over the Eibsee lake and Zugspitze - the top of Germany. The restaurant offers quality fresh and gourmet food. The bar has the friendliest, knowledgeable and proffesional bartender. Will alwayshughly recommend! The SPA - facilities are the chery of the pie.

We have stayed in Hotel many times in past and it always is a delight. Staff very helpful, with waiters for both evening meals friendly and helpful. Location excellent with beautiful views of Lake and Mountains. Room was large and quiet with a nice bath in bathroom. Sauna/Spa area had been updated since our last visit and very nice. Parking area very useful.

Would have liked to stay longer but needed to return home to France

The location is amazing. The friendly and very proffesional personel makes your stay enjoyable and pure relax. The food was good, the service outstanding!

Staff were super friendly, Zugspitze view from our room was just breathtaking! The hotel offered us a free yoga class in the morning by the lake😍 greatest experience and can’t wait to go back again
