Pools and kids evening entertainment

Air conditioning was pretty much none existing so could not sleep and was very uncomfortable

The pools were exceptional, the food choices were varied and plentiful. There was so much to do and the animations team were so enthusiastic

All the outdoor areas were exceptional. Pools, shops, activities, and playground. The lobby area is great, too. All the restaurants, cafes, and bars are excellent and well located. There is plenty of food and beverages. Seems the managers have thought of everything guests might need.

The balcony wasn't clean, and no one seemed to care for as long as we stayed in. It remained as we found it the first day. A small set of soaps, shampoos, and shower gel would be a good idea for such a great place.

Breakfast was very "rich", there was a lot of possibilities to choose from and extremely tasty. Very enjoyable.

Exellent, The stay at the hotel was exceptional. We are satisfied with the service, kindness, cleanliness, entertainment and natural environment.

The only remark is the distance to the beach. I recommend that the hotel should have better organized the transportation to the nearby beaches, in terms of more frequent transportation with air-conditioned vehicles.

EVERYTHING!! This resort is quite simply amazing. The facilities are incredible and the range of activities extensive. Spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff are welcoming and accommodating and seemingly endlessly energetic!! Loved the food - the snack bar is unlike anything I’ve ever seen - quality food by a top chef ALL DAY! Plenty of loungers and choice of pools, something for all ages. The spa is a must try - we had an incredible couples treatment. There’s hair salons, boutiques and mini markets. If you’re considering a holiday in Crete - this is a must stay location. We would love to come back.

Our only misstep all week was the transfers to and from the airport (20 mins away) - most people seemed to be on a package trip which included coach transfers, as we were not we needed to make our own way. We had asked the hotel to book us a minibus (taxis have a maximum of 4 on Crete) both ways which despite booking and checking never actually appeared. However the taxi drivers are lovely, apparently Mercs are the vehicle of choice so it was still good - just expensive.

Breakfast was good and even location

I believe that included with the photos there should be the plan of every different room or apartment so that one could be able to choose the best option for him.

Everything was perfect! From the staff to the facilities, the food and the views - everything was great. I definitily recommend it!

I couldn’t imagine that it might be thaaaat goood!👍👍👍 I was here last year and wanted to come once more. But this year it’s even better. Everything - starting from location, food, accommodation and up to unbelievably friendly and helpful staff and animation👍 The best❤️

Everything is perfect!

The location was great, hotel very clean, like having clean towels and bottled water every day. Staff all very friendly.

Food was very relative bit Asian restraunt was good.

walking distance from town, good all inclusive buffet - we had a mix of meals out and at the hotel so hotel had everything we needed.

pools were chilly at time of year we travelled (late oct).

We spent 5 nights at the end of October in the hotel. It is absolutely a children friendly hotel. Our kids enjoyed the kid pool, the playground, and the garden with chickens and donkeys. The all inclusive service of the hotel includes not only the breakfast, lunch and dinner, but they have snack bars open during the day with a selection of pizza, gyros, fries, non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. (And they have bars open during the evening as well which offer a variety of cocktails.) The hotel has a good location, the beach is approximately 10-15 min walk (depending on the start point of the walk :) ) but the hotel offer a free bus service to the beach as well. The hotel is huge. The staff was very helpful.

Our stay was perfect. If I need to name something negative: the furniture was a bit old in our room. (But the hotel was built in the 1970s and we were staying in the normal room - they have deluxe rooms in a different buildings.)

Food choice was good, but after some days a little bit monotonous. Local alcoholic drinks that are included are of a really bad quality. For others was a payment needed

Been able to use the all inclusive until the minute you leave, even after checking out.

I would give this hotel 10/10 if the WiFi was better. Everything was amazing including the food

Couldn’t fault it other than WiFi dropping out and the usual problems with towels being down on beds (sometimes all day without anyone coming back to them). The life guards could do more around the pool.

Foods..

All was good, room was nice and clean close to swimming pool. Recommend in new sector rooms are newest and cleanest. Food ok not to bad, two or three snack bars close to pools.Overall good value for money highly recommended
