The location was exceptional. The view from my balcony superb. The staff friendly informative & helpful. The breakfast was delicious. All in all a very enjoyable stay, would of happily stayed longer if time had permitted. And I had a bath & a shower, best of both.

Bedroom quite big and hotel very well located. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

The hotel would need to be renovated. Everything in the bedroom looked old and tired. Tiny shower 1m x 1m, could barely move in ir and change of water temperature during shower time (suddenly extremely hot).

The location close to the ferry station and to the old part of the town. Room was comfortable and spacious.

The shower was small, it might be difficult for big people. Breakfast was not amazing.

Nice staff, good area, the place is good for the price.

when entering the room it smells musty, and there’s mold on the shower head and tiles. apart from that it’s an ok place, even if not very attractive. it was very unfortunate that there were extremely disorderly guests who not only talked very noisily from 1:50 until 4 am, but also shouted abuse at other guests asking them to shut up, laughed at the night porter who tried to do the same and then even started shouting at each other with her having a melodramatic fake crying spell that could be heard all over the place. I was told that calling the police would have disrupted us even more, but maybe not quite for that long.

everything was great. the location is fantastic

i didn’t like that the lady at the reception wanted to keep my passport for longer than needed. however, I’ve told her that I don’t want to leave my passport with her and she was fine with that.

The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and perfectly clean. The shower worked fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice although not brilliant.

The bed mattress was very hard, which made it impossible for me to perform a particular post-surgery exercise that I need to sit on a bed in a particular way to be able to do. There were very few electricity plug sockets - only one set in the room, by the TV on the far side of the room. This meant I couldn't plug my phone in to charge and have it close to me which was annoying. I thought the breakfast finished too early - 10am, including on Sunday. It meant I had to rise at 9am each day of my stay whereas I would like to have had an extra hour in bed particularly on Sunday. I think breakfast should've ended at 10.30am or 11am. As a result, I was rushing to finish my breakfast and this wasn't a relaxing experience.

there is only paid parking around the hotel or free public parking at a walking distance so it’s not very convenient

at the beginning of the pedestrian area, actually close to everything, except for the statue, but that is not the hotel's fault. breakfast okay, staff okay, everything okay. thank you!

room in need of update, a/c was not effective/efficient, although breakfast was included, not very good nor was the attendant the least bit cordial. even though the property price point was low by lake/location standards, I would not go back.
